Satisfaction Guarantee If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it for a full refund of your purchase price. It's as simple as that. E-mail me within three days of receipt to let me know, and return the item in the same condition it was delivered - unworn and unwashed in the case of clothing, with all tags still in place. I won't be able to refund shipping in cases of fit, minor color variations, buyer's remorse, etc. If there is an error in the listing or in any way on my part, you will get a full refund of both purchase price and shipping both ways. I am committed to my customers' total satisfaction on all transactions!

Explanation of Item/Clothing Conditions These conditions are geared mostly towards clothing, the bulk of my business, but give some indication of my commitment to honest listing and full disclosure. NWT/New With Tags: Almost self explanatory. In the case of wool, cashmere, camelhair items, etc. I may have had them professionally cleaned for moth control and pressing. To date I've had good luck with the garments coming back with the tags still on them, but I photograph them beforehand. If the tags come separated from the garment while in my posession, I will list them as NWT, but state clearly in the auction that the tags will not be delivered with the garment and show the tags on the garment in the listing. "Tags" may be subjective - sometimes the price tag, manufacturer's labels, inventory tags - anything that would have impeded wear. The type will be clearly stated and photographed in the listing. NWOT/New Without Tags: Item does not show signs of wear OR cleaning. I may have cleaned the item myself according to the manufacturer's directions or had it professionally cleaned. These items should have stiff inner tags and labels or labels that changed color or stiffness in my own cleaning process. LIKE New: The item shows no signs of wear. It may have been cleaned or laundered once or twice before it came to me. It's possible that it's even been worn a time or two, but shows absolutely no sign of this. (Like New and above items may be factory irregulars or seconds. If this is the case, there will be full disclosure of any flaws, irregular stamps, etc. If not stated in the listing, your item is first-quality merchandise). Excellent. There is some sort of indication that the item has been gently worn, generally not visible on the exterior. In the case of suits, these generally include fading/marking in the waistband, lint in the cuffs, inkstain or pinhole in the lining (NEVER on the exterior). If I list an item in Excellent condition I will generally state exactly why I'm not listing it in a better condition. In the case of vintage clothing, this is somewhat relaxed, but always documented Other conditions: I don't list many items below excellent condition - sometimes vintage items or high dollar items that can be repaired by someone. All issues are fully disclosed and represented.

Shipping I always try to ship same or next day. I end most of my auctions on Sunday. If you pay on Sunday night or Monday before noon EST/EDT, then your item goes out on Monday - period (barring holidays, of course). Don't wait on me to send an invoice - just use the ebay checkout. I pack up and ship everything I get paid for - then send the invoices on the unpaid items, so if you're waiting for me, you might miss a day. Through the week, your payment may catch me off guard on a day when I have other commitments, but if I don't ship the next day, it will definitely be the day after. If I'm only offering Priority Mail shipping on an item, that means it's packaged in a USPS Priority Mail box or envelope. If you see other shipping methods such as Parcel Post and UPS, I'm open to other suggestions to accomodate you - specifically Fedex, Fedex Ground/Residential, and DHL. Custom shipping may cost you a day or more, though. This would really only be an issue with heavier items.
