Payment Methods:
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. Orders over $100 it must be shipped to a confirmed PayPal address.
Sorry, no personal checks. All auctions must be paid within 7 days of auction close.
Virginia Residents please add 5% sales tax.
Payment Timeline:
Payment is due 7 days from the auction’s end. All combined auctions must be paid for by the 7th day of the FIRST auction won to receive the combined shipping discount. Payment is expected within 7 days of auction end. If payment is not received by the 7th day, a Non Paying Bidder Alert will automatically be filed with eBay. If payment is not received by the 10th day, you will receive an “unpaid item” strike on your eBay account. This will result in the item being re-listed. The majority of eBayers pay very promptly, and for this, we thank you! We are very sorry, but our payment policy is non-negotiable. If you do not pay by the 7th day, a report will be filed with eBay. There are no exceptions to this, even if you contact us. We do this in order to keep our inventory moving, and to ensure we stay in business bringing you the trendiest plus size clothing!
Payment Checkout:
When you are completely finished shopping (within the timeline listed above), click the “Pay Now” button listed in any of your auctions won with Hollywood*Diva. You will be redirected to our Checkout System, where all your items will be combined into one order with discounted shipping. Once you have checked out, no other auctions can added to that order, so please do not checkout until you have finished all purchases.
Feedback: Once you have received your item and leave feedback, we will gladly do the same. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Unpaid Items: If items are not paid for within the 7 day period as listed above, the item will no longer be available to you for purchase. If you would like the strikes taken off your eBay account, you can pay a restocking fee of 10% ($2 minimum).

Shipping Timeline:
Your item(s) will leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours from payment being received. U.S. orders weighing below 13 oz. will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, items over 13 oz. will be sent via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. U.S. residents must provide a physical address (no P.O. Boxes) on orders of $50 or more. All international orders will be send USPS Global Priority Mail. Items that have been paid by e-check, will not leave our warehouse until the e-check clear thru PayPal.
U.S. Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges are stated in each auction. Shipping charges start at $3.95 and up. Pay the highest shipping charge for the first item, then only $3.00 for each additional auction won.
Canada Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges are stated in each auction. Shipping charges start at $9.95 and up. Pay the highest shipping charge for the first item, then only $5.00 for each additional auction won. Buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes.
Europe, Australia, Germany, United Kingdom Rates: Shipping charges are stated in each auction. Shipping charges start at $14.95 and up. Pay the highest shipping charge for the first item, then only $5.00 for each additional auction won. Buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes.
Combined Shipping Rates:
To receive the combined shipping rate, you must make one payment only. To checkout just click the click the “Pay Now” button listed in any of your auctions won with Hollywood*Diva. You will be redirected to our Checkout System, where all your items will be combined into one order with discounted shipping. Please see Payment Section for payment timeline.
Shipping Insurance:
Insurance is optional, and we are not responsible for uninsured items that are lost or damaged in shipping.
PayPal Confirmed Address:
If your purchase is higher than $50.00, then you must be a Verified PayPal member with a confirmed shipping address. |

We want our customers to feel safe knowing they can return their items, no questions asked! If you are not happy with your items for any reason, simply follow these 3 easy steps!

2. Print out the Return Form, fill it out, and enclose it with your item you are returning. Return to the address listed below.

3. Once we have received your item(s) and inspected them, we will issue you a Store Credit Code in the amount of your original bid price (excludes shipping). The Store Credit Code can be used for the purchase price ONLY, shipping and handling will not be covered under the Store Credit Code. Store Credit Code can be used one time only, so please use the full value of the Discount Code for your purchase.
Returns Restrictions: All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt of your package. If items are damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of receipt. We will not accept any items with odors (perfume, smoke, etc.) All original tags must be attached, with no signs of wear. Only one Discount Code can be used per purchase. Store credit codes expire within 90 days of the RMA request.
