Countries outside of the Continental USA are responsible for all shipping charges. International customers are responsible for taxes and duties incurred and are responsible for payment to the carrier.

Returns/RMA's and Non DOA
We guarantee every item that we ship out has been thoroughly inspected and tested unless specified as-is. In the event that you should receive an item that has been found defective, damaged or not what you originally ordered please contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation
