We are the ONLY hp-authorized eBay store for HP and Compaq products.
We have the hottest electronics products at eBay prices, and every item
is backed by an HP warranty.
CHECKOUT
After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase,
you have two check-out options:
 Check-Out
Now! Click here to immediately
proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to
complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for
the winning bidder email confirmation.
Check-Out Later: Within 2 hours of the end of the auction, you
will be notified via email that you are the winning bidder. There is
no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain a link
to our checkout site where you will be able to pay for your item.
SHIPPING
Orders will ship Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific time.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping cost is the same for
all orders within the 48 contiguous states. Buyers from Alaska, Hawaii
and U.S. Territories need to e-mail for shipping rate, as it will be
higher. Overnight and 2nd day deliveries are also available. To get
a shipping quote for expedited delivery (and only for expedited delivery),
please e-mail with your state and zip code.
Winning bidders will automatically receive an e-mail order confirmation
as soon as we enter your order into our system. A second e-mail will
be sent with tracking information as soon as your product leaves our
warehouse.
We DO NOT ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses. We DO NOT ship
internationally at this time.
RETURNS AND WARRANTY
All sales are final
Your bid is a binding legal agreement to purchase. Please ask ALL questions
before you bid. We sell new and refurbished items. As the Buyer, it
is your responsibility to thoroughly and carefully read and understand
all information in our auction listings, including: Pictures, Titles,
Specifications, Condition of Item, Terms of Sale, etc.
We DO NOT issue Refunds or Returns unless the product has been grossly
misrepresented.
Warranty Issues
HP_Marketplace is the Sales Agent only. All warranty issues are handled directly by HP, but you must contact us first so we can provide documentation necessary for the warranty process. E-mail us at ebay@hpmarketplace.net or call 800-234-0300 x5902.
PAYMENT, SALES TAX, AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept payments via PayPal or Money Order / Cashier’s Check
only. For purchases made via PayPal, delivery will be made to "CONFIRMED
ADDRESSES" only. Please be sure the ship-to address matches the
billing address on your credit card. This protects you (and us) from
credit card fraud.
No personal checks are accepted.
Sales Tax
YOU MUST pay SALES TAX if the ?ship-to address? is in:
- California
- Florida
- Georgia
- Ohio
- New Jersey
- Rhode Island
The tax percentage required to be paid is the same as it would be on any other
item in the ship-to address zip code. If you?re not sure what your
sales tax rate is, please e-mail us for the exact amount. We have
a substantial business presence, or "nexus," in each of these states,
and we are required by law to charge tax on items shipping to these
states.
Product Availability
After the auction is complete, the product and price are valid for only 7 days. If you don?t pay for your item within 7 days, we can?t guarantee that your item will still be available.
