than just going to the shipping companies website and getting a quote. They do not account for all of the costs of doing
business. If you take our product price and add it to the shipping price you will find that you are getting an excellent deal that would be hard to find anywhere else.

- INTERNATIONAL--
We will gladly ship to
international locations. You must meet our international
payment terms and email or call us for shipping quote as it

as gifts as this is against the law and we are unable
to do this.
- WHEN--
We try and ship all orders on the
same day as verified payment is made if it is before 10am
CST. Sometimes we might fall a little behind or have an
unforeseen issue that delays the process so please work with
us as our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
- CONFIRMED--
We will ONLY
ship to confirmed billing address when
payment is made via credit card or PayPal. If you want
shipment to an address other than the confirmed address,
please pay via Money, Order Cashiers Check or Bank
Wire Transfer and we will be glad to ship to anywhere you
would like.
- COMBINE--
We do not combine orders as some of our items might ship out
of different warehouses across the USA.
- HOW--
We primarily use UPS and USPS for all shipments. We reserve
the right to use whomever we desire. We assure you we will
use the most efficient shipper for your order depending on

- UPGRADE--You

- DAMAGED OR LOST
SHIPMENTS--
Any
claim of lost or damaged shipment must be made within 24
hours to us as well as the shipping company. It is the
buyers responsibility to file and keep up with the
claim but we will help as much as we can. Please keep all
evidence until claim is complete.
- INSURED-- Due to the nature of
the items we sell all items are shipped with insurance. The
cost of this will be added during checkout.

days of close of auction. If we have not heard
from you after 7 days we will file a NON PAYING BIDDER ALERT with

PICKUPS-- Most orders
can be picked up BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Some products are shipped from different locations and cannot be picked up here. Please call
713-785-1170 to find out if your product is available for pickup. No shipping charges will be added but you will be charged a $10 handling fee on each item
ordered DEFAULTS-- 15%
restocking charges in case of default on bid. This also
includes erroneous multiple purchases and returns permitted by
us irrespective of the reason of return.

new items and 90
day REPAIR ONLY warranty on factory refurbished products that are
"PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED" , Products will be replaced within year of
purchase if all below steps all followed. If unit is not a
current model or out of stock CAR STEREO DISCOUNTERS reserves
the right to send a comparable replacement
part.

CAR STEREO DISCOUNTERS offers 90 day repair only warranty on Factory refurbished products and repair charge will be charged to buyer if unit defect id found to be because of abuse, misuse or improper installation HOW DO I
RETURN SOMETHING
We are notified
within FIVE(5) days after receipt of the
item that it is defective and item is received back to us
within a total of FIFTEEN(15) days from
date of receipt Items received after this date will be
refused and returned to sender. CAR STEREO DISCOUNTERS will require
documentation (receipt) from PROFESSIONAL install shop
detailing the problem. THe unit must be returned within 1 year
of the original purchase to qualify for warranty.
The buyer had the item "bench tested" prior to a
professional installation to discover factory defects. This
process costs a couple of dollars and will help prevent a
costly uninstall if the unit is factory defective. Just ask the installer to do this and they will know what you are talking about.
The item was not abused, blown or damaged by improper installation, water damaged, dropped, etc. Receipt of professional installation is required.
Buyer/winner Must email us at
SUPPORT@CARSTEREODISCOUNTRS.NET to receive the RMA number and state the Ebay item number, the make and model of the item and the defect.
The
return is in the original box with all packaging material,
manuals, warranty cards and all else that came with it. No cut
wires. You will be charged for any missing contents INCLUDING FACTORY BOX.

Ship all products back inside an Sturdy Brown Cardboard Box outer box such as you received the product with RMA #
wrote on the OUTSIDEof the box in. DO NOT ship in retail
box as product will get damaged. Any returns received without RMA# will be Refused.

back to us via method that can be tracked at the Buyer's expense.
