E-BAY POLICIES Buy & sell with confidence. I respect the contractual nature of e-bay. If I'm buying, I pay immediately, if I'm selling, I expect the same. I will never overcharge for shipping. My customers pay actual cost of shipping in method of their choosing. No hidden "handling" fees. Pay Pal preferred. International money orders accepted. Credit cards accepted through Pay Pal. Feedback left on all completed auctions. SHIPPING I ship via Canada Post Monday to Friday immediately upon receipt of payment. If payment is received after noon EST on a Friday, on a weekend or holiday, your item will be shipped as soon as the Post Office re-opens. I can also ship Fedex, UPS, or Purolator, (prices available if you require these courier services) whatever you wish. No markups on any shipping, exact prices charged. SHIPPING TIMES Canadian customers have three options for shipping, regular parcel, express post, or priority courier. Exact prices are charged. U.S. customers Small Packet (less then 1000grams/2.2 lbs.) Surface mail, or Air mail, your choice. Alot of the time Surface mail is *generally* as fast as air mail, but in extreme circumstances can take from 3-6 weeks. Air mail, according to the post office, takes 6-10 *BUSINESS* days (M-F). I have found either **usually** takes about a week or so. Regular Parcel (more than 1000 grams/2.2 lbs.) Expedited Parcel USA (5-9 business days) and Xpress post USA (3-5 business days) are available. Anything over 1000 grams (1kg/2.2 lbs) is over the limit for small packet & has to go this way if you choose Postal Service delivery. *PLEASE NOTE* These times are approximate. I have NO CONTROL over actual postal service delivery times. If there is a U.S. Govt. security alert, times may vary. Remember your package has to cross a border! I charge exact postage. International shipments are the same as U.S. shipments. Exact postage is charged. FINE PRINT Sorry I have to say this, 95% of my customers are absolutely fantastic, but some have hotmail addresses that bounce, invalid contact information listed with E-Bay, or just don't contact me at all. *IF* you are using a hotmail address, a Yahoo address, or an AOL address or similar for e-bay, please make sure it is active. Please make sure your e-bay contact information is VALID. BE ADVISED, I participate in the eBay Non-Paying Bidder program. Please do not bid if I can't contact you or you are not going to pay for your auction. Payment or arrangements required within 7 days from auction end. |
