IK-POSTAL HISTORY is a subsidiary of Ian Kimmerly Stamps. As an active member of the eBay International and Canadian philatelic community, Ian Kimmerly Stamps has provided a venue for collectors and postal historians for over twenty-five years. Our store, located on the Sparks Street Mall in downtown Ottawa, Canada, has been a strong foundation for our growing local market. We also have a strong presence via our eBay store featuring select and interesting items from our extensive worldwide inventory. We strive to describe all faults which we feel detract from the appearance of the cover, and state any physical damage (tears, creasing) which are not as a result of simple postal passage. For example, we do not describe wrinkling. Items described as being "damaged" (with nothing immediately following it within the sentence) are not returnable on account of condition.
We accept PayPal, money orders, VISA or Mastercard. All credit card information can be sent via our secure site. Please note: All credit cards will be charged in CDN funds at eBay's daily exchange rate. We also accept personal cheques from selected countries and feel free to contact us for more details. Canadian bidders pay 6% GST, Ontario residents pay 8% PST, and Atlantic provinces (except P.E.I.) pay 14% HST.
SHIPPING
- We always offer a flat rate shipping charge regardless of how many items are purchased. Shipping to Canada and US please add US$2.00, for international shipping please add US$3.00.
- Lots over $100 or those being sent to high risk countries must be sent by Registered mail, for an additional cost.
