We don't sell collectibles, toys, games or household products, just fluid power and power transmission products. We don't sell someone else's surplus or used items. All of our items are new, direct from the manufacturer. We say this because we want you to have confidence in us and our products. We only sell items for the manufacturers that we are a recognized distributor for. We also supply technical support for our products. Our goal is to have the product to you within 3-5 business days.  In most instances your order will ship on the next business day. Most of our vendors will not supply a tracking number until 2 days after the shipment. We do combine items for shipping discounts where possible. We insert the following disclaimer in some of our listings for a reason. The reason is that with the increased fuel costs, many of the freight companies are using fewer trucks and flying fewer planes. This has increased the transit times by as much as 3 days over what they were a few weeks ago. The disclaimer is "Please allow an extra 2-3 business days delivery time for this item. Shipping times do not include weekends and holidays."  This is not the case with all of our items. We will still drop ship your order when possible, from the nearest warehouse to reduce any potential delays.Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Central time.
