It's All About the Wool!!

Another dying day The finished product! Hello, my name is Andrea Lawlor. Welcome to... It's All About the Wool Rug Hooking Studio. Thank you very much for visiting my Rug Hooking Studio.....I've been an avid fiber art lover for all my live....my mother taught me how to sew and crochet at a very young age....I've done just about every hands on craft out there...and then I discovered RUG HOOKING and that was it for me! I love to dye wool and see the results using only Pro-chem or Cushing acid wash dyes (these are colorfast). I also am in the process of becoming certified to teach rug hooking through the Pearl McGown Traditional Rug Hookers Guild.  Every year I go up to Northern Teachers' Workshop to learn all I can about this wonderful fiber art. I am a "Senior" now and look forward to handing in my pieces and finishing up my certification.! I've recently transformed a portion of our house into a Rug Hooking Studio....filled to the brim with tons of wool!
