Standard shipping in the U.S. is 3-4 business days by USPS Priority Mail. Shipments are fully insured and come from Jack Kelly Jewelers in Boca Raton, Florida. Please allow a few additional days shipping if you have asked us to resize an item. Shipping rates are as follows:

Please note that we cannot accept returns for refunds on resized items. If you are unsure that you will keep your item at the time you purchase it from us, we recommend that you not ask us to resize for you (i.e., wait until you receive the item and decide you want to keep it and then have it resized by a local jeweler).

If for any reason you decide to return your item for a refund, simply contact us by phone or email within 10 days after you receive it and let us to know you'd like to return it (you only need to ship the item before or on the 10th day; we allow for normal return shipping time back to us after that). Please note that we provide credit only on resized or altered items. Please be sure to insure your returned merchandise with your mail carrier.
