Are your items new?
Yes, all of the items we sell are brand new
and come in the original manufacturer packaging.
Can I pick-up my item?
Our auctions are run out of California, but
our warehouses are located in Washington and New Jersey. We are
unable to allow customer pickups at these locations because the
warehouses find it is too difficult to coordinate product,
pick-up times and people to accommodate this.
Can I pay by money order?
We prefer all payments be made through
PayPal, but we will accept a bank or postal money order if
payment is not possible through PayPal. E-mail us at eBay@jackrabbitbaby.com
with your eBay id and the winning item number and we will
provide the address for the Money Order.
The money order should include the amount of the item + shipping
(plus tax 8.25% if you are in CA). Also include your item
number, item title, name, address, phone number.
Please allow 3 business days for us to process your payment and
submit your order to the warehouse.
How do I claim for the 110% price protection?
• If you find the exact item you purchased for less online, and
e-mail us at eBay@jackrabbitbaby.com
• Please provide both the URL for the lower priced item and the
eBay Item Link or item number for the same item. Also please
give us the Item Price + Shipping at the lower priced merchant
and your zip code.
• If the other vendor is cheaper, we will refund your PayPal
account for 110% of the difference for 30 days from purchase!
• Note: item must be new and include manufacturer's warranty
with prices adjusted for shipping & handling.
What is the 30 day guarantee?
We are so certain you will be satisfied with your purchase we
offer a 30 day guarantee on all purchases. Take one, two,
or up to thirty days to decide if the furniture is right for
you. If you do not, for any reason, want to keep your
purchase just let us know. Once the merchandise is
returned we will provide a full refund* minus the shipping
charges. Please email eBay@jackrabbitbaby.com for more
information on the returns procedure.
*Please note: you will NOT be responsible for return shipping
fees if your items were damaged in the original shipment or if
we sent you the wrong item(s). Please email us at

Can I
cancel my order?
Only in the
event it has not shipped yet, otherwise you will be responsible
for shipping charges that occur both ways and a restocking fee
of 20%.
Can
you combine shipping on multiple orders?
We price shipping by item because each item ships separately. We
sell many sets where the shipping is already combined as much as
we can and therefore we do not combine shipping on multiple
orders.
Do you offer Insurance?
Insurance is included in the shipping and handling price.
What if my item arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, you will
need to do the following based upon the manufacturer:
STORKCRAFT: contact Storkcraft directly and they
will assess the damage. If replacement parts are needed, they
will send them to you free of charge. If your item is more than
50% damaged, they will direct you back to us and we will file a
claim and order you a replacement item. Here is the link to

Can you ship to Canada, Alaska,
Hawaii, U.S. Provinces or APO/AE?
Sorry, we only ship to the 48 contiguous United States at this
time.
Can I pay extra to expedite
shipping?
We cannot offer this service at the present time.
You should expect the furniture to take 2 - 6 weeks to ship.
Typically the furniture arrives to the warehouse to fulfill
orders within about 3 weeks. If there is an extended shipping
timeframe, we will note it in the item description, and we will
email tracking information as soon as an item has shipped.
How long does it take to ship items?
Our baby furniture ships directly from the manufacturer so that
we can guarantee that the items are brand new. You should expect
the furniture to take 2 - 8 weeks to ship, please check each
listing for the current timeframe. Typically the furniture
arrives to the warehouse to fulfill orders within about 3 weeks.
If there is an extended shipping timeframe, we will note it in
the item description or will contact you once we are informed of
the delay. Feel free to contact us if you are coming to the end
of the shipping window and we will be able to get the latest

Why have I received some of my items
but not all of them?
All of the items are shipped directly from the manufacturer as
they arrive into the warehouse. Instead of holding your entire
order until everything arrives, we will split the order and send
items as they come in so you can get started on your nursery.
Please be sure to check the listing for the shipping timeframe
to get an idea on when to expect the remainder of your order.
