We provide vintage non copyrighted manuals in software form in adobe PDf format at a very reasonable cost per unit.  WE carefully research every item we produce with the US copyright office for any registration or notice so as not to violate any rights. It is not our intent to violate any rights in this enterprise. There are just too many vintage documents out there in public domain available for use to bring trouble upon oneself with a questionable item..

Copyright information:

Any document produced before 1978 that is not noticed on the document and or registered with the US copyright office is considered  "pubilc domain" and may be reproduced, copied etc.

Other items we occasionally produce are a master resale licenced product that we have purchased resale rights to. Other documents I produce are US govt. public domain items, We may , at our option, combine related manuals on 1 disc, space permitting.

Some companies, are no longer in business and did not copyright their documents either.  We find that a great majority of older documents such as parts lists, owners manuals and service manuals were never copyrighted, possibly due to the constant updating, superseding and deletions necessary in the manufacturing industry.

ADOBE Readers: We are licensed by Adobe software to distribute on my CDs a copy of their current reader for free or a fee. We provide them for FREE. This is a copy of my authorization

SHipping and Handeling:

Nobody likes S&H charges.  We structure our sfor both simplicity and internal accounting ease.  We post S&H in each listing so there will be no surprises. YOU can at your option choose to accept these charges and make a purchase or, move on  to a different seller. Complaining about the S&H after delivery is made  will then be un-necessary

What's Included in Shipping and Handling?

Postage
Miscellaneous transaction related fees (paypal, padded shipper, disc sleeves, lables, ink, paper etc.)
Insurance is included in all CD sales, The cost of replacing shipping materials on any lost or damaged items.
The amortized cost of getting your item to the shipping location - USPS pickup is not available at our location and the price of gasoline is not going down!

This is not to mention standing in line at the POst office for 30-60 minutes waiting to ship an international order and customs forms..
So,  you see, you get a lot for the fee we charge for S&H which  is much more than a stamp!

Additional products:

Manuals on CD make sense, they are more durable than paper and you can look infomation up very quickly.  If you need a hard copy, push the print button!!

SALES:

As ebay is an auction, all sales are FINAL. CDs are too easy to copy and send back, so dont ask. We will replace free of charge any defect or damaged CD immediately. 

PAYMENTS: We take pay pal or money orders, if you cannot pay by these means, you are not qualified to purchase the item.

Communications

After the sale is complete, ebay is no longer in the equation, email us direct, not thru ebay. They have been paid and their interest in our communication is done.

FEEDACK:

Due to the high volume of sales, we try to  do feedback on weekends . however, if you have not left feedback, we will not leave  FB either.  This is how we know you are satisfied with the transaction.  If you are planning on leaving anything but POSITIVE FB, email us first, we dont want to leave you negative FB any more that you want to for us.
