Our Products
Insha'Allah we intend to to
offer to you some of our favorites, or bestselling items, and items
we recommend to new Muslims or anyone seeking basic knowledge about Islam. We also offer many rare children's items to help children learning Arabic in bilingual homes, as well as our favorite Islamic software for teaching Quran to children. Many of these items can also be helpful to adults who are new Muslims or studying Islam for research purposes.

Our
Terms
We accept Paypal, Money Order, or echeck.
No personal checks, please. We expect your payment in a minimum
of 7 days, unless we agree to special arrangements. If no contact
is made within 7 days, we will follow ebay policy to try to obtain payment or determine if you no longer want the item. If customer wishes to cancel the transaction this can be done also, following ebay procedure. We leave feedback after feedback has been left for us. This is primarily to minimize our workload, as we find it more beneficial to simply respond to those who take time to respond to us.
If you are purchasing multiple items, shipping is the highest shipping price plus $1.00 for each additional item within the US, but if you are not sure, please ask. Kindly respect our terms of combined shipping when making instant payment, as naturally we are reluctant to contact you to ask you to pay additional shipping charges.
Insurance is optional but recommended, as we cannot be held
responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. A tracking number will be provided via email for orders shipping within the U.S only. If you have
a concern or complaint about your order, please let us know
in advance of leaving a negative feedback, as we are always
willing to try to work it out. More information on our policies

Shipping
We ship most items via First Class, and books by Media mail unless otherwise stated. We will not ship until payment is received in full, and will hold orders until echecks are cleared. Orders placed within US will receive an email with tracking information upon shipment of your item. We look forward to exchanging feedback after we receive feedback from you.

Returns/Exchanges
Policy
EXCHANGES ONLY will be given for media
items, such as DVD, CD, MP3, books, or software. In the event
that you receive a defective item, we will exchange it for you
within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is returned to us. If the item is indeed defective, then we will refund the cost of the return shipping and send you a replacement or exchange the item free of charge. NOTE THAT WE CANNOT OFFER EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR ANY ITEM THAT IS NOT RETURNED TO US. Unless otherwise indicated, non-media items, such as clothing
or gifts, may be returned for a full refund within 14 days provided
that the buyer pays all shipping costs. No returns after 2 weeks.
