Please understand that we normally do not have a return policy due to the nature of our VINTAGE, ANTIQUE and USED merchandise. We describe on damage/s as accurate as possible. If you have any questions on items, please e-mail us before bidding. We will reply A.S.A.P. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Handling Time

We will ship items within two business days after receiving payment and e-mail the shipping information ;date and tracking number(EMS only) promptly.

About Shipment

EMS: insured taking several days
SAL: not insured taking several weeks, all at your risk.
Postal Parcel(SEA MAIL) :insured except some countries( Canada, Germany, the U.K., etc.) taking two to three months
Normal Airmail: 7-10 days

Please note there are some district Japan Post doesn't offer those shipments.

Additional Checkout Instructions

Though JPY is really high these days, if you request the invoice before you make remittance, we will re-caluctate the shipping fee at today's rate. Generally, you can save shipping fee compared with the fee on the list.
