HERE ARE SOME THINGS I LIKE:
1.) LITTLE TWIN STARS (I collected them back in the 70's, plus they are Capricorns like me)
2.) MY MELODY (her birthday is the day after mine), POCHACCO and HELLO KITTY (started collecting them when I was teaching in a pre-school because I used to make stickers for the kids)
3.) UNICORNS, HORSES, PEGASI & OTHER EQUINES
I've been trying to downsize my collections so now I try to only collect small or flat items, so keep an eye on my auctions because I will be selling my bigger items that are harder for me to find room for :-(

MY SELLING PRACTICES: I try to describe my items as I see them. I try to provide the best pictures I can either with a scanner or a digital camera (you can always email me to ask for the bigger pictures because I know that eBay picture services makes them smaller). I will contact the winning bidders as soon as I can after the auction closes (so if you don't hear from me, that means the email was returned - or that eBay hasn't sent the message so I still don't know your email address). I will wrap your items the way that I would want a seller to wrap them if I was the one buying them. I keep a log book of all the sales I have ever had since I started, so I know what you have bought and how long it took for you to send payment. I also like adding little extras for customers that pay promptly. (So now you have an idea of how I come up with my shipping and handling amounts). I also have a list of the best customers to deal with as well as the worst (ha ha just kidding).

MY BUYING PRACTICES: I like to pay for items right away so most of the time, if the seller takes paypal and I know the s&h, I will pay within minutes of winning the auction. If you are one of the sellers on my "best" list, then chances are I have been to your auction more than once (I only return if I have been pleased with the seller or the item) so if you have seen my name on your feedback more than once, then you are doing a great job :-)

FEEDBACK: As a buyer, I leave feedback as soon as the item arrives. I do NOT expect a seller to leave me feedback first just because I paid right away.
As a seller, I leave feedback as soon as the customer receives her item. I do NOT expect them to leave me feedback first, an email telling me that they received the item will be sufficient, but nice feedback is always appreciated.

ON SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES: I like to buy from sellers that charge a fair amount for handling charges. Being a seller myself, I understand that part of the cost goes to eBay fees or Paypal fees or supplies (I'm not even counting the amount of time I put in to wrapping the packages and printing out the labels and preparing some extras for good customers). So if you don't like to buy from sellers that charge a handling fee, please do not buy from me. I do not make a profit from the handling fees, and if the shipping amount costs less than what you have paid for shipping & materials, I will use it either for delivery confirmation or to add a little something extra :-) When sellers undercharge me for their shipping & handling cost, I sometimes send them a little gift. I do NOT expect everyone to be like me, I just want you to understand that I do not try to make a profit with the handling fees.

Are you still here? Well then I might as well give you some information that might be useful...

Tips for getting positive feedback (or "how to get a bonus gift from jaycity3"):
1.) First of all, ALWAYS read the item description as well as the shipping information. It also helps if you check out the "ME page". I see a lot of feedback comments on eBay where people are not happy about the shipping amounts, or that they couldn't pay using the method in the auction. While most of my auctions say that I will ship worldwide, some of my bigger items are for U.S. shipping only, so if you are outside the U.S. and really want to bid on those, you have to ask me first so I can give you a shipping estimate. I also get lots of new bidders who don't read the entire description (where it says "don't bid if you have zero feedback", but they bid anyway), so that tells me that they don't like to follow rules or that they don't read very well - he he he.

2.)Another tip is to provide your seller with as much information as possible. Your eBay name is very important as well as the item that you won (sometimes buyers send me payments with only their name and address so I have to research which item they are buying and who they are). The item number is helpful too but if that is the only clue, it means I need to go online and go to eBay and look up what the number corresponds to. This of course takes more time than if you had the name of the item in the first place.

3.) Another tip is to follow up with the seller in case you want to find out if your payment was received, or if you want to find out what happened to your item/s. I take great care in all the packages I mail out. I print out the envelopes almost all the time to make sure that the post office will have no problem reading your address (so make sure when you email me your address that it is correct because I copy and paste it on to the label program). If you are worried about your item, I recommend insurance, I do my best to prepare your package well but once I take it to the post office, I have to rely on them to take it the rest of the way. I am not a store, so I will not be able to give a refund without insurance.

4.) Last tip: I do my best to reply to all the emails I receive. If you email me and you don't hear from me, then it means that your email never reached me or that I sent you an email and it was returned as undeliverable. So please double check to make sure your mailbox is not full and can't accept any more mail.

Tips for getting negative feedback (or "how NOT to get a bonus gift from jaycity3"):
1.) Do not reply to a single email I send. Do not send payment.
2.) Send payment after the deadline, send me a personal check after reading that I DO NOT accept personal checks, try to have it postmarked late too.
3.) Tell me what I make is "bad quality".
4.) Send me rude emails and try to use as many bad words as possible.
5.) Send me little or no information at all so I will have no idea what you are buying.
6.) Send me less than the amount required, or try to ask for a lower amount AFTER the auction is over (this is especially unfair to other buyers who would have paid the correct amount if they had won).
If you can comply with at least 3 of those, then you could qualify for a negative point, otherwise, I will probably just send your item anyway, but without a bonus gift. If you didn't get a bonus gift from me, then perhaps you managed to meet one of those requirements.
