Can I pay using PayPal?
We gladly accept PayPal. If you're not already a PayPal member, signing up for PayPal is easy! It takes two minutes. To learn more, or to get started,
visit PayPal's website at: www.paypal.com.
Once you have joined PayPal, you can send
your payment by entering our e-mail address in the "Recipient's
E-Mail" field on the "Send Money" tab of PayPal. Please send payment to our account name: jay@jaylipe.com. Please make sure you supply us with all the
information we'll need to properly ship your item! Payment must be
confirmed.

What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday thru
Friday. Usually, if your
payment is received after
3:00
P.M. C.S.T.
or on a weekend, it is
processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order,
we pick out the items you have selected and prepare them for
shipment.

What shipping methods do you have available?
We ship all of our items via UPS. Internationally we ship USPS.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped, UPS usually
takes 1-6 business days to deliver. If you need your item faster (or
even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional
cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.

How much are the shipping
fees?
The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated
on the checkout page. The fees cover UPS Ground, Next Day, Second Day
and 3 Day delivery with insurance for the full value of the product.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

company,
we are required by state law to charge 8.25% sales tax when shipping
to state of

addresses only.

Do you allow local pickup at your location?
Yes we do, please email us your request for a pickup. Pickup
is available Monday thru Friday during normal business hours upon
appointment with us. Must have 1 day prior notice in order to pick up
to make sure the product is at our location.

What do I do if my package
was lost or damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise
and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS. You may call
UPS Customer Service at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877), and contact
us immediately. If your shipment does not arrive when anticipated,
you must also contact UPS Customer Service and our offices
immediately.
