My husband and I thought after so many years of "dabbling" in the world of ebay, perhaps it was time to join other sellers with an "About Me" page. 

Jayzachcollect  began over 15 years ago, when my baseball crazed husband decided to join the ever popular baseball card shows on the weekends here in upstate (the real upstate) NY.  He just loved this, the wheeling - dealing all the while putting his own collection together.  But he also loved stamps (his origanal love) and coins - thus Jayzachcollect was born, named after our two sons (unfortunately their little sisters name can't be added).  


Today, he is known as a local expert in the area of cards and stamps.  He is quickly expanding his reputation and knowledge in the world of foreign coins.  When getting things ready for auction he puts them aside, gives his opinion on condition, writes it up and hands them over to me to place on ebay.  I'm the one with the lousy typing and who sometimes uses an inaccurate "technical" term.  

My husband and I have had a lot of fun with ebay watching things sell or not sell; watching items sell high that we didn't expect to sell at all;  and buying  things has been a great experience too.  

Despite our years on ebay we still have a lot to learn and are thinking of a possible ebay store - just not ready to commit yet.   Meanwhile, we just keep plugging away.
