We process orders FAST.....Many orders go out the same day as the order is placed......
But we need your help......
If you want your personalized order FAST...........
Please -- Please -- Please READ the following.
1. Please READ the Section on your listing page titled WHAT YOU NEED TO DO. This section gives you ALL the information you need to do -- so we can proceess your order.
2. Please send ALL information that is asked for in that section...........If only partial information is received, your order will be placed on HOLD until we get it. It is VERY easy to do............just answer ALL the questions listed.
3. You MUST choose your graphic.................there are several choices on each listing............and they cannot ALL be printed.................ONLY 1 graphic, per sheet purchased, can be printed.........so you MUST choose your graphic. Please give the letter and number assoicated with your graphic choice...........................We have HUNDREDS of graphics and EACH one has a different graphic # assoicated with it.......................DO NOT just give us a number............such as #1 or #30............AND do not JUST describe the graphic, as many graphics are similar.......graphic #'s must have a letter also...........such as X55...............CC14.........etc.
4. Once you have succesfully placed your order CHECK YOUR EMAIL DAILY (the one listed on your ebay account-if you email is not correct, UPDATE IT....this is the only way we have to contact you) .......
We will contact you if we need more information from you or have a question about your order.........We will not print your order until we hear back from you, if we have emailed you about your order.
5. You will receive a shipping notification from us when your order ships............Please check your email for your notification.
1st Class notification are sent through ebay's mail service and will be sent to your email address on file with ebay.
Priority & Express Mail notifications are automatically sent from paypal....to your paypal email address.
f you have not received a shipping notification from us within 3 business days, from receiving your payment and print information, we do NOT have all the information we need to process your order....contact us to get your order back on track.
SHIPPING
3 types of shipping options are available.
1st CLASS MAIL ....the least expensive option, but the most unreliable option. While most of these orders arrive VERY quickly and without incident.....some customers have had orders take over a MONTH to arrive, from mailing date.....PLEASE do not rely on 1st class mail to arrive quickly. And there is NO tracking on 1st class mail....it is just like mailing a letter.
PRIORITY MAIL ...usually arrives 3 Business Days from mailing date....however we have had Priority Mail take 11 days to be delivered...from mailing date. The Post Office DOES NOT gurarantee delivery times.
EXPRESS MAIL...the ONLY mail option that has TRACKING and is guaranteed by the Post Office. While the Post Office advertises as Overnight.....MANY addresses in the US are actually 2 day delivery. PLEASE allow 2 delivery days, from mailing date, as we cannot tell you if your address is a 2 day delivery area until we take your order to the Post Office.
Also Note that Express Mail requires a signature. The Post Office will not leave your order without it.
We will NOT be responsible for your order not reaching you in time....if you do not follow the instructions found on your listing.
If your print information remains incompete at the end of 24 hours -- after you make payment -- We will refund your payment.
This is only being done because we can no longer keep track of orders for, weeks and months, that need print information.....and repeated emails seem to do no good for some customers.
We hate putting up such policies............BUT Many customers Cannot or Will not follow directions and then blame us for their orders not arriving in time.........We want to get your orders to you as fast as possible.........but we can't read minds.........WE NEED ALL YOUR PRINT INFORMATION.
