Shipping rates
We always list a realistic flat shipping rate for all our auctions in the lower 48 states. Other locations pay actual ship costs, nothing added. We are not in the business to make money on the shipping, so we always make every effort to keep ship costs to a minimum for all of our customers.
Returns
At Jersey Guitar and Music, we only want happy buyers and satisfied customers. If you are not happy with your item, please get in touch with us a soon as possible to set up a return. In some cases, we do cover the shipping out and return shipping, other times we cannot refund original shipping or cover return shipping. It depends on the reason for return. All items must be returned in the same condition with all original packing materials.
