However, when eBay revamped their FEEDBACK procedure it KILLED me! I have more than 12,000 POSITIVE feedbacks and the two bad ones I recently received wouldn't have affected my percentage up alongside all those. However they didn't count the 12,000 and the two bad ones were only applied against something like 65-70. Also, since a seller can no longer leave a negative for a buyer, one of the bad ones I just received wouldn't have been left. It was simply a buyer crying because he found -----AFTER THE SALE-----he could have bought it for a few bucks less. If I could have, I would have left the buyer a NEGATIVE because I lived totally up to my end of the deal and an agreement is an agreement. And I try to take care of my buyers, but not because of "buyer's remorse". Now though, if a buyer doesn't like the color of a seller's eyes, the buyer can leave a negative feedback. I feel eBay just RAPED sellers, but I guess there are a lot of unscrupolous sellers. I had one like that once who ripped me off, but I ended up on top after the fact. Let me say that I do use and appreciate the FEEDBACK FORUM. I believe every member should be rated by his peers......and I do. Consequently any volume seller, if he is using the feedback properly, will have a good number of negative/neutral feedbacks.......most of which will be from problem bidders, malcontents and disgruntled bidders. Although, retaliatory feedbacks are illegal, eBay will do nothing to enforce their own rules in this matter, so there will be a lot of those too. I'm not saying that I haven't made mistakes....I ain't perfect.....but I have never cheated anyone in my life! One thing you can bet your boots on.....YOU CAN BID WITH CONFIDENCE ON MY AUCTIONS!! I will not be intimidated by fear of negative feedbacks. If I get one when I leave one, so be it!! I figure most folks are smart enough to read between the lines and understand the true nature of the feedback. My heartfelt thanks for all the support I've gotten from eBay bidders. I AIM TO PLEASE! My endeavor is to provide good values and service to every single person I deal with. I can't please everyone, but I do try (grin). I'm sad when you aren't happy!
