1. What is your return policy?
Item shoul be returned in it's original condition. Shipping fee and insurance is not refundable. Please contact us before returning any items and include your user ID and item number when return.
We offer shipping discount on multiple items. Shipping fee for 1st item is 1.95USD, combine shipping for each additional item is 0.99USD. Some items are free shipping.
3. When can I expect my order to arrive?
We ship worldwide at the same shipping rate by airmail. But it is exception with Italy, for Italian customs are very strict and it takes long time there. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment received. It will take about 10-14 business days to most countries. To some rural areas, it may take longer time.

10. Why have I received a Nonpaying Bidder notification?
If payment is not received within 7 days, you may receive a reminder to pay for your auction. If payment is not received after 10 days, we will cancel the sale in order to recover our listing fees. This will generate a warning message.
