Special thanks to all the people who have been great to us during our hospital stay. Our daughter had to have open heart surgery and most people have been really nice through all of this. However there have been some foreign people who have taken our product and paypal has given their $$$ back as well. Some orders were over $100 and this is a lot of $$$ for us. As a result of a few of these customers we will now be charging an enormous rate for foreign shipping and ONLY to confirmed addresses. Email us if you are a foreign customer BEFORE you purchase. We realize this will cut out some sales, but since Ebay has been going downhill anyway - we wont see the missed sales all that much.

PLEASE include a print out of the email you are sent or at the very least a legible note telling me which item you won and your name and address I often have many different auctions and I'm not always able to keep records straight-the inclusion of a note reminding me what item was won is very valuable and helps expedite the ebay transaction

DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR ITEM UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY DONE WITH ALL TRANSACTIONS! Once you pay for 1 thing it may be shipped the very next day and then you WILL NOT be able to take advantage of the combined shipping discount! If you intend to combine shipping with other winning auctions....EMAIL ME. Too many people have recently been assuming that we can combine shipping for different items or auctions that take place 3 or 4 days apart from each other. We can not combine shipping for a poster and a book. Posters have to be shipped in a poster tube - unless you want them folded - which I doubt. If you have won 1 auction on a Monday and are waiting for another auction to end on Wednesday - DO NOT PAY ME UNTIL ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE COMPLETE. Once we receive your payment - we usually pack it up and send it off....By waiting to send payment after all auctions are complete, you will avoid confusion and delays - and extra money you will have to spend on shipping 2 items. If you do not let me know that you intend to combine shipping - you will have to pay for separate shipping. Also - if you see an auction ending on a sunday and another on a thursday, but you have already won an auction from the previous thursday - you have to pay separate shipping. We do not allow bidders to build up a stash of items over a 2 week period just to save on shipping. It makes sense for the bidder - but plays havoc with our records and will most likely result in a non paying bidder warning from ebay.

We go to the post office 2 times a week, so this means if you send payment on a thursday - it will not be picked up until the following tuesday. We typically send out about 50 packages at a time at the post office and try to get stuff out as fast as we can.DO NOT expect me to tell you when I received your payment or when I shipped your item...If you email me asking if I have received payment - the email will be deleted- sorry I have about 600 auctions per month and as a result do not have time to keep up with each individual auction. If we did take the time to email each person about the specific details of each auction.....it would be very time consuming and this is time that I can spend putting more items on ebay for you to bid on. As you can see from our feedback and the number of transactions - we have many repeat customers- this is due to our excellent service and low prices! Feedback is always given after we receive your feedback -sorry, but we just dont have time to play the silly feedback game - if you dont want to give feedback - that is fine with me.

I can not do ANYTHING to control your customs agents! If you wish to pay express mail (the only way you can get a tracking #) - please TRIPLE the amount that is stated in the auction description for normal shipping. So if the auction states it will cost $7 to ship this item. Then you have to pay $21 for shipping that has a tracking #. Email me if you dont understand this BEFORE you purchase - otherwise all Canadian items will be sent via normal airmail. If you notice on my feedback I have MANY foreign orders - but Canada always gives me problems with long delays in shipping. I dont know why but we ship our items out and no one else seems to have problems. I had a poster take 8 weeks to arrive to Canada! That is just crazy.......
Unfortunately - we cant accept INTL paypal on some items.
We do accept Western Union wire transfer or money order in US $. Why are we refusing some INTL paypal payments?
This is due to paypal NOT being able to confirm INTL addresses.......
so
a buyer could at anytime - dispute an item through paypal - and they will give your money back & you would get to keep the item........
sorry for the inconvenience but this is a flaw with paypal that I have learned about the hard way and can not go through this experience again
More CHECK frustration -TOO many people are expecting their checks to get cleared in 4 days.......I dont care if you have 400 positive feedback....If you pay with a check you are going to wait 3 full weeks for the check to clear. Why? Because I just had an ebay transaction with a guy with over 1,000 feedback who sent a bad check! This check policy is explained in further detail on my website ordering info If you pay with money order or paypal we will get your item out within 3-5 business days after we receive payment We are unable to tell you when we received your payment and we are unable to tell you when your item shipped. We are unable to tell you this info due to the fact that we are busy listing items on ebay or packing stuff to get out to customers. If you are in need of a dealer that will hold your hand through the entire process - do not bid with me. I can assure you that we take this job seriously and will handle each order with efficiency and care. I know I sound curt and maybe even rude....I will be glad to apologize if I see you in person. When people meet me at the shows - often they say - "Oh, I did not think you would be so friendly" and others have told me that I should put a disclaimer on each email stating that I am very busy and can not make chit chat or even the common pleasantries that so many people are accustomed to.
