Shipping
 
* We ship worldwide and request international customers email for shipping quote prior to bidding or purchase.

*  We gladly combine shipments from our auction, fixed price listings, eBay store, web store and web site.   It helps us if you let us know you are going to do more shopping when you make your first purchase.   Combined shipping always saves you money. 
 

Most shipments are via USPS however, in some special cases UPS is used and we will let you known when that happens.   Local pick up is also available with no shipping costs or surcharges.
For international shipments we always use the postal service. 

 
Shipping shown in listings includes all charges, we have no surcharge.  Insurance and delivery confirmation (50 cents) are extra.  
 
We ship within 24 hours after purchase has been paid in full.

Generally we ship every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday  - frequently more often.

We combine shipping whenever possible and always have special discounted (and sometimes free) offers on shipping included in many listings.  You can combine items from auctions, store listings and listings in any of our web stores.  Pet and smoke free.

 
Payments

* We accept PayPal.  If you have questions above payment, please don't hesitate to ask.

* We expect payment to arrive within two weeks after date of purchase.  We can accommodate delays if requested prior to purchase or before two weeks have passed. 
 
 
 
Returns
 
* Let us know what the problem is before making return and we reach agreement for the return.

*All returns must be made before 14 days after purchase.  Purchase date is always the date the listing closed on eBay.

*We do not make partial refunds or accept partial returns.
 
* We always accept return where  item, size or color were shipped in error and we pay the return and replacement shipping if a replacement is available.
 
*  We do not accept items that were damaged in shipment.  Insurance is available at the time of purchase and is your protection against loss or damage.  We do not reimburse for lost shipments.
 
*  If you wish to return the items for any other reason, we will be happy to discuss that with you.
