Feedback Policy
The feedback system does not exist to punish people for making mistakes. If your item is not what I said it was, either I made a mistake or you got the wrong impression from my listing. These things happen. Either way, I want you to feel good about doing business with me and I want your Positive feedback. If you have any kind of issue with something you bought from me, email me and I'll do whatever I can to make it right. I want you to be thrilled with your purchase. That way if I should fall short in any way, you'll still be well beyond satisfied.
I will almost always ship your stuff the next business day!
If you buy from me I will leave Positive feedback as soon as you pay me. If you need more time and you make arrangements with me, I'll leave Positive feedback.
If you don't pay me within 10 days I will relist the item, report you as a non-paying bidder and add you to my blocked bidder/buyer list.
If you sell to me and ship my item within 7 days I'll leave Positive feedback as soon as I receive the item and verify that it's the right thing and in the promised condition. If it's damaged in shipment or I have an issue with it, I will attempt resolution by email and/or phone. As soon as we reach a resolution in such instances, I'll leave positive feedback.
If you haven't shipped my item within 7 days of payment, you will not receive Positive feedback unless we've made arrangements.

If you're the kind of seller who won't leave feedback until I leave mine, please add me to your blocked bidder/buyer list. I don't like it when a seller withholds justly deserved feedback to ensure that they get a Positive whether they deserve it or not. This is nothing short of piracy. Not to mention unethical and dishonest.
