SHIPPING INFORMATION:


Shipping is via Canada Post as we have found that they offer most competitive rates from within Canada. While we will ship internationally we want you to understand that shipping outside of Canada and North America is costly particularly if shipping items air mail. Shipping cost is based on parcel weight and box dimensions determined solely by Canada Post. We encourage all our customers to verify our shipping rates at www.canadapost.ca. Please be aware that if purchasing multiple items we will combine them in such a way that will save you money on shipping.

Shipping duration will vary as a function of shipping route paid for. As a rule, air mail is quicker but also more expensive than surface delivery. For American customers please be aware that shipping from Canada to the USA via air mail can take up to 15 business days. Surface mail shipping may take up to 30 business days to arrive depending upon your state and distance from our location. While this may be considerably longer than what you are accustomed to when receiving parcels from within the USA, please understand that we are shipping from another country and therefore we ask you to allow the necessary time to elapse. For European and other International customers, International surface parcel is indicated but can take as long as 60-90 business days to arrive. Air mail while faster (up to 15 business days to arrive) is also more costly. We encourage all our customers to insure their shipments so that they qualify for full reimbursement in the event of loss or damage during transport. Insuring items allows us to track your shipment in the event that it surpasses stated delivery date. While shipping non-insured is less costly and therefore more attractive to some, particularly customers overseas, we want you to understand that you will not be reimbursed in the event of loss or damage to item during transport.

For Canadians, please note that the flat shipping fees listed in our auctions apply to canadian provinces only. That is we will calculate shipping fees to the yukon and Northwest territories and all other regions.



PAYMENT OPTIONS:

AS OF OCTOBER 25, 2007 all items will be listed in CANADIAN currency and all invoices will be in CANADIAN funds. Paypal is our preferred method of payment as we do not process credit cards or payments directly but only through paypal. Other payment options include International money order. Americans wishing to mail payment must mail a money order that is negotiable in CANADA. We will also accept Money Orders in American Currency.

RELEVANT SALES TAX:

Please note that all Canadian buyers will assume relevant federal and provincial sales tax on goods purchased including the cost of shipping as instructed below:

Quebec residents:  GST plus  PST

PEI, Ontario and Prarie provinces:  GST

Maritimes with the exception of PEI:  HST

Refund, and Returns Policies:

Please understand that only damaged items will qualify for reimbursement. If an item is received damaged, we kindly ask that customers inform us (via e-mail) immediately. Please rest assured that we will never deliberately ship damaged goods. Items received damaged are most likely mishandled during transport. We therefore encourage all buyers to ship items with insurance in order to qualify for full reimbursement resulting from such mishandling.

On rare occasion, you might receive a kit that contains a manufacturer defect. In this event, we ask that you contact the manufacturer directly in order to receive replacement parts. If the manufacturer does not address your issue because the kit is out of production, we will do our best to replace if available or reimburse. Please note that shipping charges are NOT refundable.

OTHER THAN FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE KITS FOR THE REASONS AFOREMENTIONED, THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS.
