Invoicing: Buyers will be invoiced for their items purchased. Some ISP's have sensitive filters on their mail servers to protect against possible spam. In the event you have not received the email invoice from me (because of sensitive spam filters), please check your My eBay - Items Won Page. The order will show as one sales transaction when combined.
Shipping/Handling Rates: (The below chart provides the buyer with an estimated S.H. determination, but may need to be altered depending on individual purchases.) Please e-mail me with any questions, prior to making payment. Please, S.H. rates are not negotiable.
ALL 12x12 Paper or large cutout sheets require a minimum of 1.80-3.50 S.H.

It's Scrappin' Time S.H. Rates:
- 1 item: Use S.H. rate stated (If no S.H. rate is stated, please email me)
- 2+ items: First, use the highest S.H. rate listed with all items purchased, then add the additional cost per item amount stated with each listing. (This can be found in the description, or at the bottom of the listing) Some older listings do not have an additional cost per item stated, and these will have a .25c s.h. rate.
COMBINED S.H. RATES: In order for me to reduce the s.h. rates for you, you MUST await an email invoice from me. I also need you to NOT use the send payment information link. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!
TEXAS SALES TAX: All Texas buyers need to include 8.3% tax with their total payment.
APO/AE and other Military shipments: Insurance is required on all shipments going to any military address outside the United States. This ensures protection in the event the shipment is lost or misdirected somewhere within the system. Insurance claims are filed by the buyer.
Canadian Shipments: Shipments to Canada can not be guaranteed. If you are a Canadian buyer, please be aware of the possibility that your shipment may be delayed at the border. Shipments are made once per week.
Shipments: All items are shipped out within 1 week of confirming online payment or receiving mailed payments (I do ship 2-3 times a week, but this does not mean that your order will ship within a few days after payment because sometimes I have a backlog) Paypal eCheck payments can take up to 10 days to clear. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible.
Signature Confirmation: Orders of $50 or more will require signature confirmation. Orders will need to be signed for, or picked up at your local post office with proof of identification.
Overpayments in S.H.: Buyers who do not wait for me to invoice them will receive additional items with their shipments. It is greatly appreciated that buyers want to pay so quickly, but please hold off sending any payment until you have received my email invoice. Absolutely NO refunds will be made! Please read listing descriptions and await the corrected invoice from us.
Mistakes in Buying too many: Buyers who use the buy it now feature more than once for the same item, or decide that they ordered too many of the same item can have them removed from the order but you will still be charge the s.h. amount. Only ONE correction per buyer will be adjusted, and only at our discretion. Additional items will generate an additional .50c relisting fee. Absolutely NO adjustments will be made on items under 1.00.
Refunded Payments to Combine Orders: Buyers who purchase an item(s) and submit payment, and then purchase an additional item(s) will be charged a .50c service fee (per refunded payment) on the new combined invoice. The payment will be refunded, and the items will then be recombined onto one invoice. This applies to buyers who purchase & pay for an item, and then purchase an additional item but have not yet paid for the second item. This can only be done if the first paid item has not been packaged up.
Refunded International Orders: International buyers who submit a paypal payment with s.h. amounts based on the stated United States s.h. rate will have a .50c service fee (per refunded payment) added on to the new invoice.
Change of Address, Gift Orders, Secret Pals, etc: Orders that are sent to a different address from the eBay registered/Paypal confirmed address will be required to purchase insurance.
Completion of "checkout" or the "send payment information link": Buyers who use the send payment information link for each item purchased (instead of using the request total due as requested) will be charged .25c for EACH item. This is in addition to the combined s.h. rates. This only applies to buyers who are mailing their payments. For paypal buyers, see above. It is very important that you follow instructions (by reading the listing description).
ALL auction totals over 35.00 are required to have postal insurance added on, starting at $1.65. This is to protect you in the event your package is damaged or lost. Insurance is always an option on small and large orders, and if buyer declines to purchase, they are accepting responsibility for any mishaps or lost/non delivered items by the post office. Lost or damaged claims will be filed by the buyer, not the seller. For damaged claims, buyer must keep all packaging and contents in order to file a claim.
International orders - if your country does not allow insured mailings but do allow registered mailings, your order will be sent registered in place of insurance. This fee is much higher, ranging between 7.90 and 15.00. International orders are shipped out once per week.
Insurance Rates:
- $1.75 for amounts up to $49.99
- $2.25 for amounts of 50.00 - 100.00
- $2.75 for amounts 100.01 - 200.00
- $4.70 for amounts 200.01 - 300.00
- $5.70 for amounts 300.01 - 400.00
- Add $1.00 per additional 100.00 after $400
MEDIA MAIL SHIPMENTS: Scrapbooking supplies do not qualify for media mail shipments. ONLY bound & printed material can ship media mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Customs form will declare the true value of the shipment. Buyers may need to pay additional duty tax upon receipt of their package. Please do not ask me to lie on the customs form and jeopardize my business to save you a few dollars. I am only able to ship international, military APO/FPO and Canada shipments once per week. I will NOT mail orders using the 'slow boat' ship method.
Returns: We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Feedback Policy: I utilize the feedback program offered by eBay to help streamline the entire eBay process. Once the buyer has posted feedback for us, the feedback from us will be posted. This is done through eBays Selling Manager Pro program. Feedback will be posted from us within 24 hours of receiving the feedback.
Personal Check Pmt & Return Check Fee: If your check is returned for any reason, eBay will be notified and appropriate feedback will be left. There is a $30.00 return check fee in addition to the amount due for the items purchased. Buyers who email me FIRST may receive a lower return check fee. All hot checks are processed at Harris County Courthouse, Clay Road Annex, Hot Check Division in accordance with Harris County rules. This same rule applies for non Texas Residents. PAYMENTS BY PERSONAL CHECK WILL BE HELD FOR 10 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE SHIPMENT WILL BE MADE.
