Ying Yu Chinese Jade Auction and Store Policies I have a large selection of items for sale on the auction and in my eBay store, but this is a part time pleasurable outlet for me to share my love of jade and Chinese culturel for me as I have a full time job. I ship the day after I receive money orders. If you pay with PayPal by 8:00 p.m. eastern time, I will ship the next day. I ship jade bangles by priority mail because I can pack them safely in bubble wrap and in the priority mail box. Please do not ask me to mail bangles first class to save money. Your shipping fee includes not only the actual postage charge,but also the cost for packing materials, including bangle boxes, and trips to the post office. Since I work during the times the post office is open, I often pay someone to take the packages to the post office. I will combine shipping on multiple items. In general, each additional item is $1 more. Let me know if you are planning to purchase additional items and would like combined shipping. If you buy several items and pay with paypal for each one plus the shipping, I will not refund the shipping. Paypal charges for each payment transaction, and for a percentage of the payment that is made. Also, it takes a great deal of time to send a refund that is not refunding the total amount. Ask first for the combined shipping. If you DON'T insure and your item arrives damaged, it is YOUR loss. If you have paid for insurance, and your item arrives damaged, for any reason, I will replace it without the inconvenience the post office requires to have your insurance claim paid. To make your claim, send me a photo of the damaged item AND ALL THE PACKING MATERIAL. I will either replace or refund for you. Any refunds will be minus the shipping and insurance charge which is the same policy as the post office. Same policy applies to lost items shipped with delivery confirmation that mysteriously disappear. My auction terms are that payment is due within seven days. If you send me a money order, it must arrive within seven days from close of auction. And you MUST include your item number on the money order!!! Sales are final. I do not take returns or exchanges on bangle bracelets, because I have a link to help you measure for your bangle, and I request that you contact me if you are still not sure about size. I have learned the hard way, getting bangles returned that were not packed well and/or cracked or broken. I am not a store or business that can absorb the cost of returns.
