Hi… I am Kathy. I have been in the e-Bay business for almost two years now and I would like to share some thoughts with my customers.
The past two years has been an interesting expereience for me. I still recall the cheers from my 10-year old daughter that raised the roof when I sold my first Coach bag. I felt very lucky to have the opportunity and pleasure to work with so many great customers.
I have always perceived e-Bay selling as the trend for the future. The e-Bay environment provides a win-win situation for the customers – the smart shoppers can enjoy shopping at home for the best qualify goods that are well below retail prices and conveniently delivered to their doorsteps.
When I started, I had made the commitments that I would strive to provide the best products/services. Now I am happy to report that my endeavors have been reflected in the many positive feedbacks from my happy customers. I would like to thank all my customers for the encouraging words as they are the motivations for me to set higher standards.
I may be a rookie in the e-Bay selling business, however, I used to be a career woman in a highly competitive industry for years. The professional training has taught me how to be ethical, organized and customer-oriented. I am glad that I was able to apply these critical elements in my e-Bay business as well. Honesty at times had caused me to incur losses but I am confident the trust built will gain many repeat customers in the future.
I have made purchases from other e-Bayers and am happy to report that my customers have received better services. I'm sure, however, there is always room for improvement. Therefore, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
My Products
We sell top quality women's handbags including Coach, Kate Spade, Longchamp etc. at incredible savings. We have received many compliments on the authentic Men's Giorgio Armani wallets/belts that we sell. We have also expanded lines to beauty products, trendy Sterling Silver/Swarovski jewelries and many more.
We're happy to report that we had opened our second e-bay store "My Eco Corner" http://stores.ebay.com/My-Eco-Corner which specializes in Eco-Friendly, Organic products.
We take pride in the products that we sell; we only sell top quality products that we have done reseaches and concluded it is the best.
All my products are 100% authentic and as described in the listing. I do not believe in, buy or sell replicas. In the past year, I've sent numerous e-mails to e-Bay discussing the problems/solutions of counterfeits on e-Bay. I've also encouraged other authentic e-Bay sellers to do the same. The impact may be minimum, however, I strongly believe that if every authentic e-Bay seller voices out the concern, it will make a difference and soon our customers would shop in a counterfeit-free environment.
Customer Service
My industrial experience has made me well aware of the fact that satisfactory customer service can distinguish a good seller from the rest. This has been and will always be the one single most important goal that we will continue to strive for.

On rare occasions, we were victimized by abusive buyers. We had incurred losses or even received negative feedbacks. We fought hard together with the help of e-Bay to remove these buyers so that other sellers will not be victimized again.

Authenticity Issue
I would like to reiterate one more time the importance of the authenticity issue.
I had an opportunity to discuss the authenticity issue with a Coach main store manager. She informed me they have customers bringing in their Coach bags bought from e-Bay for verification of authenticity. Unfortunately, the store found that many of these bags were counterfeits even though the e-Bay sellers claimed that they sell authentic Coach bags.
I would encourage all my customers to read between the lines closely and determine whether the seller is truly selling authentic products. The prices on these fake Coach bags may be slightly less, however, buying them not only encourages counterfeit business but the quality is poor comparing to the authentic ones. More importantly, customers will not be able to benefit from the wonderful Coach lifetime warranty on these bags. Last but not least to note, Power Sellers and Authentic Sellers are not necessarily equivalent - I had recently helped my friend who purchased a fake bag from e-bay to bring down an e-bay counterfeit seller who had over 8000 feedbacks.
