Are all your items original?

Yes, I only offer legitimate, authentic items that are 100% original from the record labels. We do not sell copies, bootlegs, homemade (burned) or pirated items of any kind.

What is the condition of your items?

All my items are either new or in near mint condition unless otherwise specifically stated in the item description. Many of the CDs that I sell, were never sealed in plastic shrinkwrap.

What forms of payment are accepted?

PAYPAL (Paypal ID: KeithLives@aol.com.)
MONEY ORDERS
PERSONAL CHECKS. (We only accept checks drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. Dollars.)

What are your shipping prices for Compact Discs?

USA: 1 CD = $3.00, each additional CD is $2.00.
CANADA & MEXICO: 1 CD = $4.50, each additional CD is $2.00.
INTERNATIONAL (WITH JEWEL CASE): 1 CD = $6.00, each additional CD is $2.00.
INTERNATIONAL(**WITHOUT JEWEL CASE): 1 CD = $5.00 each additional CD is $1.00.

How do you ship items?

Items shipped in the USA are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or better.

Items shipped Internationally are shipped via First Class Mail International.

Items are packaged in secure custom made cardboard mailers or bubble mailers. If you have a preference, please indicate package style with your payment.

How long does it take for you to mail my order?

I ship daily Monday through Friday, so most orders ship in less than 24 hours from the time you payment is received.

How do I check on the status of my order?

I leave feedback daily after I return from the post office. This is my way of notifying you that your item has been shipped.

What if my order is damaged in transit? / Insurance Information.

I use either custom made cardboard mailers with built in bumpers or bubble mailers. I strive to ensure that all items get to their destination in perfect condition. I offer $50.00 insurance coverage for an additional $1.50. It is an OPTIONAL UPGRADE. I will replace or refund payment on any item damaged in transit that has been insured, but I am not responsible for items that have not been insured. If you want to qualify for the PayPal Buyer protection, you need to request and pay for a Delivery Confirmation. A delivery confirmation is for USA only and is 50c additional. I do not inflate my shipping and packaging fees to cover insurance or delivery confirmation like the late night TV commercials do, so please realize this if you choose to not purchase insurance. If you do not request insurance and/or delivery confirmation YOU have chosen to take a risk. Please do not hold me responsible for your risk taking.

NEW: Insurance is now available for International Orders via the online postage company Endicia for ONLY $2.50!!!
