What happens after winning the auction?
After the auction has been completed, you will receive an email
stating the item number, final bid price, shipping and handling with
delivered price. Our shipping price is based on the 50 states. If
located outside the 50 states, please email with your shipping
address so we can respond with correct shipping cost. Once you
receive our initial email, please respond, confirming acceptance of
your winning bid. Please email and respond with your shipping
address. If you do not receive an email from us in 48 hours, please
contact us. We expect to receive your confirmation within 48 hours
of final bid time. If we do not receive a confirmation of our email
regarding your winning bid, we will contact requesting a refund of
our selling fees.
Shipping Cost?
Shipment/Transportation costs include secured shipping and handling.
Insurance is optional however we suggestion insurance for your
protection. Our U.S. shipping/handling cost is posted on our EBAY

Delivery Time
We ship within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment. If a delay
occurs, we will contact. If shipping item in the US package should
arrive within 7 days. If shipping outside the US and depending on
country and CUSTOMS shipping could take up to 21 days. If ever lost
in transit we will contact the shipping agent and track the shipment
for you. Shipping outside the United States your shipment will need
to be processed through your country's CUSTOMS department and that
could take additional time.
Defectives: What happens?
If you receive a defective product, please contact via email with
item number and brief description of the product. Please email and
we will respond with a return authorization number so we can track
your return. Please do not return purchase without a return
authorization number. Your final bid price will act as a value for
insurance replacement if lost in transit. If broken in transit we
will request the item to be returned to us and we will refund the
full final bid price.
Can I get my money back?
KENMAR WATCHES goal is to provide 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
Your purchase should make you happy. If for some reason you need to
return an item, please follow the procedures below.
1. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you MUST
contact us within 14 days from the time you receive your purchase to
obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA). This must be
clearly marked on the outside of the package.
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization number.
To provide the customer with proper and quick service, the Return
Authorization number will allow our staff to follow your
instructions for exchange or credit. Without the Return
Authorization we are unable to service the buyer with the correct
actions. Please contact our customer service department via email or
toll free telephone number for a Return Authorization number. If the
return has no number it could be subject to a surcharge. We
understand the need of returns and are happy to provide 100%
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION however, please help us to serve you better.

2. The watch MUST be returned in its original presentation box with
all warranty information and manuals. Please include in the returned
package your name, telephone number, a copy of the invoice and
reason for return.
3. You will be responsible for ALL shipping costs. We recommend that
you insure the package. If you choose not to insure the package, you
will be liable for lost or damaged product.
4. WE DO NOT CHARGE RE-STOCKING FEES. However, we will charge $10.00
to cover administrative cost of processing the credit and return.
5. THE WATCH CAN BE RETURNED ONLY IF IT HAS NEVER BEEN WORN. We only
sell new watches. It is impossible to wear a watch, even for a short
time and not get it scratched or blemished. PLEASE understand that
we can not accept a return if it is not in the EXACT same condition
as we shipped to you. RESIZED or MODIFIED watches with links removed
will not be eligible for returns.
