We sell a variety of items that have been discontinued from Lund Industries.  All items are brand new, in original box.

Rapid & Safe Delivery is Our Promise

We ship our items through Fed Ex because of the tracking number or USPS with confirmation number.  Item is insured up to $100 for free if shipped through Fed Ex.  If you want to add more insurance an additional fee will need to be added to the total amount.  This means you will receive your item in only a few days.  We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items, so please make sure your address is correct and confirmed.

Email Communications

Email has become difficult at time with some users due to anti-spam programs.  We make every attempt to promptly respond to any emails within 24 hours, except Saturday or Sunday's.  So please check your spam folder if you are expecting an email from us.

Payment for Auctions:

If you are the highest bidder from our auction, we will send an invoice to you directly after the auction ends.  Payment must be received within 7 days of transaction or it will be considered null and void.  Payment by PalPal will gain immediate shipment the following day (except Saturday, Sunday or holidays) of the item upon payment receipt.  All items shipped USPS or Fed Ex.  If insurance is requested, an additional fee will be needed.  If insurance is declined, buyer assumes responsibility for damage or loss. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Including Canada), need to pay by PayPal with confirmed address.  All items must be able to ship USPS for all International and Canada sales.

Your Satisfaction is Our Goal

Almost everyone is satisfied with the item they purchase.  However, sometimes things can go wrong.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to ask questions about the item well in advance of the end of the auction or before bidding or buying.  Naturally, we try our best to solve any problems.  We do not refund shipping cost to return an item.  All items guaranteed to arrive as described.  If we agree that there are any unintentional misrepresentations on our part, item must be returned within 3 days of original delivery and are subject to inspection prior to issuance of store credit.  Item must be returned in an unused condition with the original product packaging and accessories.  Merchandise that has been damaged or altered will not be accepted for return.  You must notify us before returning the item and we must email you that a return will be accepted.  If there are any questions regarding these terms and conditions, please contact us via Email before bidding or buying.
