Selling Policy / General
1. Honest clear description of item with image.
2. Fast and easy PayPal payments.
3. Shipping with USPS or UPS with tracking info.

6. Green Program. [we use recycled packing supplies and email receipts only on request]
7. Florida Residents and items shipped to Florida Address must pay Sales Tax.
Selling Policy / Returns
No returns after 30 days. No returns allowed on items marked close out, items advertised as damaged or used.
Items must be in new sellable condition ,
packaging must be intact, manuals should still have shrink wrap. No refunds for
shipping charges. You must notify us by email in advance. Twenty per-cent
restocking fee applies.
Selling Policy / Mistakes
Mistakes due to errors in listings will be
corrected free of charge. Mistakes on you part require shipping back to
us prepaid along with new shipping charge back to you and a $2.00 Handling
Charge applies.
Mistakes in your PayPal address which result in
reshipping charges will be paid by you, including $2.00 Handling Charge. Opened items are handled on a one by one basis
and are subject to restocking, inspection or handling fees as needed. Read the
item description before buying or bidding, email us with questions.
Selling Policy / Shipping and Handling
Handling charges are not
charged on initial purchases. Handling time is the time from when your item
is paid for until the shipping label is applied. We cannot be responsible for
delays due to e-checks or delays in the payment process beyond our control. We
have regularly scheduled pickups from both the post office and UPS five days a
week accepting holidays. We cannot be responsible for problems created by our
shippers schedules. Your order will be processed by us within 24 hours of
payment. Exceptions include address verification when your address does not
validate in our shipping program. Shipping costs are published elsewhere in this
listing.
Shipping time may vary
depending on your distance from us and your local delivery location. Priority
mail is usually three or four days, while UPS ground can be anywhere from
one to seven working days. We cannot monitor all shipments for delivery status
at this time. If you feel the item should have arrived please email us and we
will locate the tracking info on the package. Our shipping programs have email
notification of tracking info turned on, email will be sent to the primary
PayPal email or eBay user email. We cannot be responsible for glitches in the
third party notification systems.
