If I do not satisfy with service you provide, what should I do?

Please contact us before doing any unfair action such as negative feedback. We are not able to take control of all the situations; however, we would try our best to make happen better. Work together is better than just leave a negative feedback but without resolve the issue. Let’s have a “Win Win situation”

Do you offer discount?

Yes, however, we do not offer discount for signal order.

Can I pick up?

All our businesses are delivered by mail only; we do not accept any walk in purchase or pick up. Thank you for your understanding


Do you accept Money order or Credit Card?

We take Paypal only.

How do you get my shipping address?
We get the shipping address from your transaction shipping address in Paypal. If you need to ship to address other than the Paypal shipping address, let us know before we shipped the item please.

How long you will ship out my item?

It usually take 2-3 business days, might take a few more days if we have too many orders. We appreciate your understanding. However, we will e-mail our customers once we shipped out the items. Please take a look with your e-mail address.

Does the shipping fee include the brokerage fee?

No, we do not charge the brokerage fee. If you would like know more detail, please contact your local post office.

Where is my tracking number?

Some of the items do not have the tracking number due to the shipping cost. If you would like to know which item has the tracking number, you may e-mail us for the detail. Usually is the value more than USD$25.00. If you would like to the tracking number for your items, please contact us once you received the item shipped notification.(e-mail)

Why I have to pay the restocking fee?

When the restocking fee applies to the case, the item should be fine and the customer might make the mistake. Please understand the package material, labor and the service we provided, those cost us a certain amount of experience. That is the basic amount the customer should take.

Why take so long for the lost claim or damage claim?

Because Post Office take up to 2 months to investigate all the cases, this is nothing we could improve in this moment. However, we would keep follow up the whole and make sure the customer would have a reply at the end. We do appreciate your patient and sorry for this situation.
