The real me...

Hello, My name is Shonda. I'm a wife of 10 years, and a mother of three. I have two boys and a baby girl. My husband is a pastor and I do alot of the church's administrative work. I'm also over a Teen Ministry, called Teen Revelation. This program is designed to help teens deal with peer pressure and fight against the influences of gangs, drugs, teen pregnancy, and violence. I also have a Bachelor Degree in Paralegal Studies. But, after working in the legal field for several years, I realize that was not what I wanted for my life. I have a greater passion, which is to have a consignment store, to raise my children, help others, and be a good wife. My husband told me to do what I enjoy (shopping). Life is too short. This is how I got started on Ebay, I had a couple Coach purses in my personal collection and wanted to make some extra money, so I decided to use Ebay. It was a wonderful experience for me. I knew I wanted a consignment store, but I had no clue that Ebay could help my dream come to life! I have truly enjoyed myself. I have a hard time staying off Ebay. I love to Shop for myself and for my children. I am a Coach Purse and shoe lover! So, for now I'm just having lots of fun, selling, buying, and meeting new people all over the world! One of my most exciting experiences was selling to my first international buyer! My most rewarding experience is Feedback, I just love to receive positive feedback. It warms my heart to know that my buyers received a positive experience and product from me!

My auctions are designed to give Customer Satisfaction. How do you give customers satisfaction? Great Communication, reasonable prices on items, reasonable shipping, and Fast shipping. I also ship all over the world. My auctions have designer fashions new and used. I have children's fashions, shoes for everyone, household items, jewelry, and purses etc. I try to keep a variety and something for everybody. I stand behind everything that I have sold or will sell. All my items come from a smoke and pet free home. I also make sure I include nice pictures of each product. Every customer deserves to know what they are purchasing. So, I am honest and up front with each customer! Honesty is always the best policy.

Shonda Nicole Collection usually offers anything from a 3 to 7 day return policy. I also ship items out within 2 business days upon clear payment unless it is a holiday or weekend. I prefer to ship Priority Mail, so customers get their items sooner. Shonda Nicole Collection also reserves the right to relist items, if payment is not made within 7 days of auction. If an item is returned it must be returned in the same condition as it was received or the return will not be accepted. Refunds are purchase price minus the shipping. Customers are also responsible for all shipping fees. Customer Satisfication is my first priority! That is why communication is so important!
