I come up with the eBay ID of last_phcm from my years in the U.S. Navy. I was the last Master Chief Photographer's Mate (PHCM) ever selected. As an enlisted man Master Chief (E-9) was the highest rank I could obtain. The year I was selected E-9 the Photographer's Mate rating was disestablished and merged into Mass Communication Specialist's. When I was chosen to become an E-9, my life long friend Dave made me these bumper stickers that read "LAST PHCM". I am quite proud of them.
I am happily married with a lovely wife and two beautiful children ages three years and seven months. The oldest is a boy. My seven month old girl is a little cutie in my unbiased opinion. We also have a mixed breed dog named Kanta. I enjoy fishing left hand Mitchell fishing reels. The ones made from the early 1940’s into the 80’s. I also enjoy interacting with fellow Mitchell reel collectors from around the world.
