Gilda, the original Curious Hound (1995-2008)

 Curious Hound Creations was started in the spring of 2003 and was inspired by my second basset hound, Gilda.  I've always enjoyed art, crafts, fashion and shopping (!) and began designing cigar box purses, now available in four boutiques locally. I also LOVE vintage clothing and am always looking for something well-cared for and distinctive to add to my eBay store and website. 

I enjoy the eBay Community and after selling for myself and other people, decided it was time to "spread the wealth and knowledge and start teaching.  I became an Education Specialist Trained by eBay and offer seminars and private classes on the Basics of Selling on eBay.  I am also involved in the eBay Giving Works program and help support the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life through eBay.

My mother has always said "treat people how you wish to be treated." I feel strongly about this and try to find and create quality items to sell. I personally e-mail every buyer to let them know when their item is shipped and I encourage questions.

My passion is still my cigar purses.  Each one is numbered, signed and made from recycled materials so they are good for the earth as well.  After the cigar boxes serve their original purpose, they are given a new life as a trendy, fun to carry handbag.  By all means contact me for information on custom purses and keepsake boxes - sports themes, celebrities, pets and more!
