How much is shipping and handling (S&H)? For US orders, S&H is specified in shipping and handling section of the advertisement. Our S&H charges for items sold on our auctions ensured the lowest possible fee to the buyer. Most of the cost you are noticing actually comes from the expense of high quality packing, advanced audit testing, and rigorous quality control.
State Tax? For shipments to California addresses, we are required to collect 8.25% Sales Tax.

Insured product? If insured product which had been shipped to the customer and got lost or damaged by the Freight company, we take full responsibility to file a claim and get the full insured value to you as soon as it becomes available from the freight forwarder. Not insured products? Customer takes full responsibility for the lost or damaged product. We encourage all our customers to purchase insurance for there own satisfaction. |

Do we ship worldwide? Yes we do ship anywhere in the world.
What method of International shipping is being used? All small
products under $49.99 are being shipped by USPS Air Mail ( 5-10
days). All orders above $50 will be shipped by Global Express
EMS ( 3-5 days ) or UPS Worldwide Express Service. Inquire about
shipping charge to your country via email: sales@lenexpo-electronics.com,
before placing an order. Customer takes full liability for the Custom duty and Tax applied in the country of destination.
Do we offer a local pick up? NO, we don't due to our multi-state warehouse location. |

Do you accept credit cards? We do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express through telephone, email or fax. Credit Card must be registered in USA and have the same shipping address as product destination.
How long do I have to pay for the item I have placed an order for? You have 7 business days to pay for the item, otherwise Non-Paying Bidder Complain will be filed and Negative Feedback will be left. Do not bid on the item, if you are not planning to pay for it.
