Ordering Online Order online from our catalog before noon Eastern Time, and your order will be shipped the same day. Returns / Exchanges When you order a new product from LandMmusic.com (not our eBay auctions) you get a 30-day return policy as follows: Within 30 days of receipt of purchase from LandMmusic.com, you may return a product for any reason and receive a full merchandise refund providing the merchandise is returned (shipping and insurance prepaid) in new condition with all packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and can be resold as new. Excluded are software, recording equipment, earphones, harmonicas, strings, books, and videos. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Call (800) 876-8638 to get a return authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be refused. When shipping merchandise back to us, please overwrap the package to protect the merchandise and the packaging, and have the package insured by the carrier for your invoice amount. Shipping L and M Music ships with FedEx for sencond-day and overnight deliveries, and via UPS for ground deliveries. To protect you, we require an adult signature at time of delivery. If this poses any sort of inconvienence, please contact us to make special arrangements. International Orders To place an international order, you must make a wire transfer to our bank for the cost of merchandise plus shipping. We do not accept international credit cards. You are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, duties or other import fees. Note that Fender products cannot be exported. Out-of-Stock Merchandise Because of the wide variety of products we carry, it's inevitable that an item will be out-of-stock from time to time. If this should happen, we will contact you immediately (via e-mail or telephone) with the expected date of shipment, and give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order. Payment Methods We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money orders, and cashers' checks. Personal checks must clear prior to shipment of your order.
