I HAVE THE BEST RETURN POLICY ON EBAY!!! NO ONE HAS TO KEEP SOMETHING THEY DON'T LIKE! I PAY RETURN SHIPPING!!!!! This is not a sales pitch or anything like that. I just do something that no one else does. I have a no questions asked return policy and I refund all your money paid and even your return shipping. You don't loose a penny when you return something. When you buy from anyone else and return your guitar, you loose your original shipping, then you have to pay out of your own pocket to send it back and then a lot of guys charge restocking fees on top of that. You wind up loosing $50 to $100+ dollars just to return a guitar. I am not going to do that. When you return to me, I give you the purchase price and original shipping (all the money you paid) and then I pay you whatever you paid to ship it back. You don't loose a penny. I'm the one that takes the loss, not you. I know that people don't always see things the same and I just want to make sure you have something you want.
I have yet to recieve a negative or nuetral that was really about a guitar. That's just the truth. With the return policy I have, no one should need to leave a negative anyway becuase no one is left unhappy. Just send it back and get every penny back and loose nothing. Why leave a negative if that is the case? It doesn't make sense. I get negatives because I don't give in to scammers and black mailers. The few negatives I have are nothing to do with a guitar. It is all about trying to get stuff for free, trying to blackmail me into partial refunds, etc. If you have a question about any feedback I have recieved, then just email me and I'll give you the story on it. Once again, with the return policy I have (and have always had) I am the one who takes the loss on double shipping charges so my buyers won't have to. So, I'm not trying to get away with anything or dump anything. I don't sell anything I think people won't like because if they return it, it's my loss. I'm just a guy selling guitars. Nothing more, nothing less. I'm not getting rich quick (or at all really), I'm not trying to fabricate some big company, I'm not trying to be the big successfull business guy. I just happen to sell a lot of guitars over the past few years and people seem to be really happy that I am. I just one dude, do it all myself, my guitars are exactly as explained in the listing and I do everything exactly as explained in the listing every time. I don't solicit business, advertise, or beg people to buy from me. I put the stuff up and if you can hang with the policies in the lsiting, then buy it. I never leave someone unhappy. Thanks
