My name is Lawrence D. Miller and, first and foremost, I am a Science Fiction fan. I have always been an illustrator but it was not until 1984 that someone noticed. Since then, I have had dozens of illustrations, books, and blueprints published. I joined the eBay bandwagon in 2002 as a way to offer my self-published works and re-issues of older material. It has been a pleasure to connect with over 2,000 fans who share my love for BabTrek1999Wars. All material that I sell is original and fan-produced. While most of what I sell is 100% my intellectual property, there are instances where I have purchased the rights to publish (as is the case with the Star Trek Blooper CD purchased from the now bankrupt Simitar Entertainment) or have purchase the inventory from another fan/author (as is the case with the Star Trek Robot Cargo Ship Blueprints).

I own the domain names for Starbase79.com and AlphaControlPress.com and use those sites to show examples of my work and offer links to my Starbase79 Ebay store. It is my goal to have a generous helping of information available on those websites and, if you see anything you like, conduct all ecommerce through eBay or other auction venues. It should be noted in order to avoid confusion that I have no affiliation with the defunct publishing house that went by the name “Alpha Control Press”. I chose the name Starbase 79 because I designed and had published a set of blueprints many years ago by that name.

My works have been published and sold through various outlets for over 24 years; many of these outlets now have stores on eBay (Intergalactic Trading, Starbase Atlanta, etc.). I welcome vendors that treat fans, and me, fairly but I will take any/all action necessary if I find eBay sellers offering bootleg copies of my works.

Using the VeRO policy at eBay I will report and delist any works that I feel violate my copyright, this includes, but is not limited to: selling forged copies of my copyrighted works, using my copyrighted works as part of a compilation CD, using my copyrighted works in a venue not under my control, and using my copyrighted pictures to advertise your listing. I reserve the right to use all legal means at my disposal.

The purchase of a product from Starbase 79, regardless of form or format, does not endow the purchaser with any flow-through reselling rights, whether in whole or in part. Currently, NO OTHER OUTLET has been given license to print and distribute my copyrighted works. All prior contracts have expired and all copyrights have reverted to the author; Lawrence D. Miller.
