Please read these Terms and Conditions completely before placing a bid or making a purchase on any of our available listings. Your placement of a Bid or Purchase indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Contact Information We can be contacted Monday thru Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM. Mailing address for payments and all correspondence is Off Road Unlimited/Macromotive.com - 8175 E. Raintree Drive - Scottsdale, AZ 85260. Product Availablity The items listed on eBay are usually in stock and available for immediate shipment. In some rare cases, the available inventory may be sold out due to other phone in purchases or walk-in purchases from our retail store. If the item you purchased cannot be shipped within 3-4 business days you will be notified via email or phone of the shipping delay and available options. Returns Many items offered for sale on eBay are overstock or clearance items, therefore, All Sales are Final unless specified otherwise in the listing. In some extenuating circumstances, a return will be authorized by Macromotive. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus a reboxing fee and shipping charges. Prior to returning any purchased items, call us at (480) 443-3515 or email auctions@macromotive.com for a Return Authorization number and additional return instructions. Available Payment Methods The available payment methods are shown below. Our mailing address for Money Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Check payment is as follows: Off Road Unlimited/Macromotive.com, 8175 E. Raintree Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 PayPal: Subject to acceptance by Macromotive if not shipping to a confirmed PayPal address. If the PayPal payment is declined, an email will be sent and the Buyer will have the option to resend the PayPal payment with a confirmed shipping address or use another payment method. Credit Card: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Shipments must be to the credit cards billing address or an alternate shipping address on file with the issuing bank. Money Order/Cashiers Check: (See mailing address above) Personal Check: (See mailing address above) Name and address must be imprinted on the check and payee must supply drivers license number for authorization. Checks that can not be authorized will be held for 7-10 business days to clear bank prior to shipment of purchase. Non-Paying Bidders Payment for all eBay purchases must be received within 10 calendar days. If payment is not received within 10 calendar days, a reminder notice will be emailed to the Buyer and if no response or payment is received 5 days from the payment reminder date, a non-paying bidder notice will be filed and negative feedback will be left. Sales Tax Orders shipped within the state of Arizona will be charged a 7.95% sales tax. International and Non-Continental USA Orders Prior to placing a bid or purchase on any listing that is being shipped to an address outside the continental USA, please call or email us for a shipping quote if shipping rates for your specific location are not included in the listing. Please note that most governments charge Duties/Taxes or other Import fees. Any of these fees, including but not limited to Customs Clearance or other fees charged by or on behalf of the shipping carrier, are not priced in the shipping quote and are solely the responsibility of the customer for payment. Free Shipping Auctions Auctions that offer Free Shipping shall be shipped by Ground Shipping to addresses inside the Continental USA only. Continental USA is deemed as being the lower 48 states which does not include Alaska or Hawaii. Shipments outside the Continental USA do not qualify for Free Shipping and a shipping quote should be received prior to purchasing. Order Processing We make every effort to have all parts available for immediate shipment. Many of the products we sell are shipped directly from the Manufacturer's warehouse using an allotment of inventory we have reserved. When an order is shipped or scheduled for drop shipment from the Manufacturer, a shipping notification will be emailed. If a second email is not receive from QuantumViewNotify@ups.com with a tracking number, then the order was Drop Shipped directly from the Manufacturer and a tracking number is not available. Most Drop Shipments are shipped within 3-10 business days from the Drop Shipment request date. Feedback The eBay community is built on the Feedback profile made up of comments left by other eBay users. Therefore, your feedback is as important to us as our feedback is to you. In the past, Macromotive would leave feedback upon order payment. Unfortunately, many Buyers would forget to leave feedback for us so we were put in the position to change our policy to only leave feedback when feedback has been left for us. Once your item arrives in satisfactory condition, please leave feedback for us and we will do the same for you. Shipping Damage Claims Shipping damage must be reported to your local UPS office or delivering shipping company within 48 hours of delivery for a claim for replacement to be accepted. If you experience a problem with the freight company handling your damage claim, please contact one of our customer service representatives at (800) 947-7007, or send an email to auctions@macromotive.com for assistance. Warranty All merchandise we sell is subject to the Manufacturer's Warranty & Restrictions. In most cases we are authorized by the manufacturer to assist with warranty claims. Warranty claims will cover replacement or repair of the parts only and will not cover labor/installation charges, damages or shipping charges.
