How is my order going to be shipped? |

Orders are shipped on Tuesday and
Friday's. Depending on the item or the size of your order, we
will ship via Insured FedEx Ground/ Home Delivery, or USPS Mail (optional insurance
available).

When is
my payment due? |
|
|
Payment is due within 3 days if
you use PayPal, or within 7 days if you mail us your payment. Please
complete check-out prior to mailing us your payment so that we know how you
are going to pay for the item(s), as well as for faster processing of
your order. If payment has
not been received within 3 days, respectively 7 days if you completed the
check-out, your winning item(s) may be relisted and you'll forfeit your
winning bid(s).
If payment has not been received
within the above mentioned time, we will notify eBay that the transaction
was not completed. This may result in a "strike" against
your account and could have a negative impact on your status with eBay.

Yes we do on most of our items, except
on heavy coats and jackets.
Combined discount available on items
won within 3 days - ONE single payment must be made in order
to qualify for the discount.

What are the
measurements for a particular item? |

Unfortunately we are not always able
to offer the exact measurements on each item. We do offer a
sizing chart that gives measurement ranges for each size. Please
note that these measurements vary slightly with each designer. All
measurements are approximate and serve as a reference point only.

What is your return policy? |
|
|
We will gladly accept any returns if the item we shipped was
grossly miss-represented i.e. you received the wrong color such as
red instead of green (color variations due to different monitor display
settings are not accepted, i.e. not the exact shade of a color) , or the
wrong style such as a jacket instead of pants were sent to you, or if the
the item was damaged during shipping.

for more information about your return.
For any other returns or exchanges
not mentioned above must contact us within 3 days after you've received your product(s). We will issue a RAM #
(Return Authorized Merchandise #) for you to use in order to assure proper credit back to you
upon return of the item (we will give you a return address to go with the
RAM #). The
item must be returned in the same condition it was sent to you, UN-USED and with
all the original
documentations and packaging. All returns will be inspected for
authenticity, and after approval, credit or a refund will be issued within
72 hours. Shipping cost for returns or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the
buyer. Shipping/Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Items
shipped with the free shipping option will be subject to a $6.95 charge on
their refund. There is a
20% restocking fee for all returns or exchanges - sorry, no exceptions
can be made.
Claims for damaged items needs to be made
within
24 hours via email
after package has been received. You must keep the original shipping box - UPS,
USPS, or FedEx will not process a claim without the original shipping
material, and we can therefore not be responsible for any refunds that are
forfeited because if this.
We want to continue to offer the
lowest possible prices and can therefore not accept returns on excess
merchandise purchases such as clothing and shoes. All sales are final.
If you choose to leave negative
feedback on eBay before attempting to resolve the problem, we will accept
this as final resolution to the matter.

Why did I not get
an email respond back from you? |
|
|
We respond to all emails sent to us.
If you did not get a respond back from us within 24 hours,
chances are your email did not reach us. Please check your spam folder
settings, we know that AOL users get a lot of emails sent to their spam
folder (most anti spam programs do not allow RE: to be in the subject line).
Don't assume that we don't want to
write you back, send us another email and try it again. Please always
include the original email with your reply so that we know that the email is
in regards to.

We are required by law to collect
sales taxes for items shipped within the state of Florida (6.5 %)

What forms of payments do you
accept? |

We prefer payments via PayPal, but also accept Money Orders (Personal
or Postal Money Orders, or BidPay Money Orders), and Cashier's Checks. Please note that there is a $50
processing fee for
all returned checks. All
funds have to be drawn is
US Dollars only.
Please click on the PayPal logo to make your secure payment using your credit card or checking account.
We can not take credit card payments over the phone at this time, only
via PayPal.
Please note that we can only ship to a CONFIRMED address. If you do not have a confirmed address, or would like to have your package shipped to a different address, we ask that you would make your payment via Money Order (except BidPay)
or Cashier's Check. Contact us prior to your purchase to make any shipping arrangements that differ from the information provided above.

Made-2-Shop's warehouse from a variety of sources such as
overstock, surplus, closeout
items, and store returns from major department stores. All or our Brand Name
Pens that are offered on our site are BRAND NEW and come with all the
manufacturer's warranty and papers. We are an authorized deaker for all
products listed on our sites. Please see our listings for
