in SoCal, we are stocked wall to wall with

to Snake Studded Boots. We have also extended
our collection from women’s shoes to dresses,
swimwear, lingerie, adult costumes, handbags,
and trendy accessories! We’ve got studs, snake
and croco embossing, exotic leopard and zebra

able to guess, but we were not always working
with such complete stock and large warehouse
space. We actually come from very humble
origins.
The ambitious owner of MakeMeChic has always had
a strong flare for fashion. Her playful attitude
and knack for eye-catching outfits made her the
fashion guru amongst her friends. She first
dipped her toe in the shoe industry just as a
hobby, aside from her day job, by using her own
home garage as storage. Her unique style and
selection quickly caught the attention of many
loyal fashionistas and this side hobby quickly
blossomed into a full time engagement that
needed her complete dedication. She decided the
pursuit of her passion was most important so in
2006, MakeMeChic was born and the rest is
history!

What is
your Return Policy?
We want you to love what you
ordered. If something is not
right, let us know.
We have an unconditional
return policy refunding the
winning bid amount for items
received back for return that
are in its original, UNWORN
condition within 30 days
of purchase.
Returns
without original tags or
unwrapped will be subject to
$5.00 restocking fee.
You must include the original
invoice along with the returned
item in order for us to process
your return properly.
Refunds are processed within 7
business days of receipt of
package through the original
payment method. If paid by
Paypal, it would be refunded to
your Paypal account, if by money
order, you will receive a check)
Auctions ending with a price of
$10 USD or less are final.
On very rare occasions, we do
make mistakes on shipping item,
when this happens,
please contact us prior to
leaving any feedback,
we will make it right and issue
you a full refund. We may or may
not require the original item to
be returned back to us, if not,
we reserve the right to request
for a photo of that item. We
will provide a return shipping
label OR fully reimburse your
return shipping cost (USPS
Priority Mail only). Upon
receipt of the wrong item sent
(where applicable), we will
either reship the correct item
back to you free of charge OR
issue a full refund including SH.
What
is your Exchange Policy?
You may exchange your item at
NO ADDITIONAL COST TO YOU!
Fashion items/ styles turn over
rapidly; therefore, we cannot
hold an item for a customer for
an exchange. If you would
like to exchange an item, please
follow the instruction below:
1.
Find the item you wish to
exchange for (in our website).
2. Purchase it like a brand new
order, proceed with checkout &
PAY for it immediately.
3. You will have a new order
number for the new purchase.
4. Send back the original item
along with original invoice &
write "Exchange" & the
new order number of the new
purchase.
5. Please send the original item
back with a protective box or
wrapped with thick paper.
Item(s) received unwrapped or
without the original box will be
subject to a
$5/item restocking fee
6. We will issue you a full
refund including SH once we
receive the return.

Do you
have this item in another size,
style or color?
MakeMeChic carries extensive
selections of footwear and sells
hundreds of pairs of shoes each
week. Therefore, our
inventory change rapidly.
Most of our product that is in
stock has a live listing at all
times. If the item is not
listed in our website then we do
not have it in stock.
Do
you have more size or
measurement information?
All the available size and
measurement information is
displayed with the item listing
and all measurements are +/-
one-inch. We list all the
manufacturer's information and
we also take our own
measurements for things like
heel height or boot shaft
height. The width of each
product is generally listed
within the auction sub-heading
or description. As a rule
of thumb, all product is regular
or medium width unless specified
otherwise. Since all shoes
are securely packed and prepared
for shipping once listed (at our
prices the shoes don't stay
around very long) we are
unfortunately not able to take
additional measurements for you.
Fortunately our generous return
policy allows you to return any
items that you do not love.
What
condition are the shoes you
sell?
MakeMeChic sells ONLY BRAND NEW,
FIRST QUALITY merchandise
purchased directly from
manufacturers. All shoes are
unworn and shipped in shoe
boxes.
If I
don't find my size, what should
i do?
MakeMeChic updates inventory
every week. Simply add
MakeMeChic as your
favorites list! And
sign up for our
email subscription to
receive new item updates,
coupons, discount code and
special promotion news.

Have you received my payment?
We will send you a confirmation
email when your payment is
received. Once you have
completed checkout.
How
long can I wait to pay for my
item?
From the moment an auction ends
or a Buy It Now is chosen, you
have exactly 10 days to complete
payment. On the 11th day,
we must cancel the order, and
re-list the item for sale and
file for a refund on Final
Value Fee that we incurred on
the sale. Please note:
If
bidding on more than one item,
do not checkout individually for
each item, only checkout after
you are done purchasing the last
item, delay checkout no more
than 10 days, until winning the
LAST auction.
Orders will be delayed and/or
cancelled for customers who do
not complete our online
