About Shipping
How Items Are Packed:
Your winning items will be carefully wrapped with either bubble sheet or cardboard and then shipped to you. Some thin doujinshi will be wrapped with an extra cardboard to ensure it won't be damaged within transit. If you have question or concerns toward your purchases, feel free to email me. ^^
When Items Will Be Shipped:
I ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I also shop online and I know it feels good to recieve the order asap, but right now I could only promise 3 times a week. Thank you for your understanding.
When Can I Receive My Order:
I now live in Frankfurt, Germany. For air mail parcel, it takes around 10 working business days to reach USA or 6 working business days to reach European countries.
Special Request/Change of Shipping Address:
If you have special request or want to ship your item to a different address other than the one you registered with PayPal, kindly leave a remark in your PayPal transaction because I always verify with the PayPal information or information included in the Payment before I pack and ship items.
What To Do If My Mail Is Lost Or Damaged?
If your order is returned to me, I will definitely contact you! However, as much as I would love to serve my customers and to keep you happy, it is impossible for me to pay for the damages of the postal services in your and my country. The online doujinshi business is becoming more and more competitive. I am thinking many times to close down this business because I can never compete with pirate doujinshi CD or online doujinshi scanning/downloading. I am still doing this business because I have time flexibility and my otaku love. I would suggest to purchase additional insurance on top of your order at $2.00 extra. An email notification will be sent to customers after item has been shipped.
If you use paypal to pay for the goods; depending on your account type, sometimes it takes around 3 days or instantly to clear.
In order to send your winning auction to you in a timely manner, please make sure that 1) you confirm your mailing/shipping address under your paypal account or 2) you may email me directly including your auction information such as your ebay ID and the item #. ^^
Terms and Condition
It is fairly simple. I provide for the goods as described on the auction page and you, the winning bidder will pay the amount you felt worth your hard earn dollar within 3 days after the auction ended. If your payment takes longer than 3 days to reach me, you need to email me and let me know in advance. Do not bid unless you are sure. Do not waste my time and my insertion fee. When I don't receive any payment and explanation within 10 dayss, I will report to ebay and File a Non-Paying Bidder Alert , then I will most definitely fill a negative feedback to your profile.
