CLC represents more than 180 colleges, universities, bowl games, athletic conferences, the Heisman Trophy, and the NCAA. We represent these institutions in connection with the licensing, protection and enforcement of their names, nicknames, logos, slogans, mascots, seals, abbreviations, and other identifying symbols (hereinafter arks. The institutions own all rights, title and interest in their respective Marks. No one is authorized to manufacture, distribute, advertise, offer for sale, and/or sell any item that has not been properly licensed by CLC and/or the institution.
