Before returning, please email us with a description of defect. Upon Return Merchandise Approval, we will email you an RMA number. Please print out the email with the RMA number and enclose it with the return shipment. YES, we guarantee that all of our toner and inkjet cartridges are 100% compatible with your printers.
2. Will your aftermarket/compatible toner/inkjet cartridges void my printer’s warranty?

Absolutely Not! - our compatible inkjet cartridges will not VOID your printer's warranty. They are 100% guaranteed compatible.

OEM printer manufacturers cannot void warranties if you use aftermarket cartridges. Nullifying the warranty would violate the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act. It's also an infraction of antitrust laws.

3. What is your Guarantee?

We guarantee our products for 60 days! If in this period the product is proved defective, we will replace the item or issue a store credit. Original shipping and handling will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back unless we made an error in shipment.
In order to receive a replacement or refund on your product, any returned consumable imaging product must be at least 80% full.
4. How is the quality of your ink/toner?

Our manufacturers use ink that are 100% made in USA. All of our products are ISO-9001 Certified. We only utilize Grade A components on our compatible toner cartridges.
