Hello everyone!! I hope you find the information I've posted here uselful. Also, thank you for your interest in my items, which brought you to this page. If you're a seller looking up my information, Thanks!!! If you're a bidder, you can count on my merchandise being exactly as listed in my product descriptions!! I pay close attention to detail when listing a description.

The Details!!
I am very proud to be the copyright owner of many of the items you will see that I have posted on Ebay. You can be assured that I take my work quite seriously, and strive for the highest quality possible. I will at times, offer merchandise that I will sell for others, so be sure to read the product descriptions carefully. Unless listed as part of my item's description, there are no return policies or refunds offered with my auctions.

As a COPYRIGHT OWNER, I will report any illegal activity regarding auctions in which my copyrights have been violated. Projects I have worked on include co-operations with DC Comics, CBS Television, Paramount Pictures, and MGM/UA.

I am registered as one of Ebay's VeRO Plus Program Members, so you can be assured that I will follow all of Ebay's rules, regulations and guidelines.

As both a SELLER and a BIDDER on Ebay, I recognize that PAYMENTS must be received first. Therefore, as a seller, I will gladly post positive feedback comments for payments I receive PRIOR to mailing out packages. As a bidder, I will gladly post feedback for purchases I have made, in return for receiving feedback for payments received. Also note, that I will only ship items to your REGISTERED EBAY and PAYPAL ADDRESS! When an item is listed with specific shipping locations, I will NOT make exceptions! If a designated shipper is listed in my item's description, you may write to ask to use a different method of shipping, as long as this request is prior to the ending of the auction. All insurance costs are the responsibility of the bidder, and will be added AFTER the auction has ended, so that the insurance cost reflects the purchase amount and value. DO NOT send payments to me through Paypal, until you have received the final invoice from me! This final invoice will include ALL costs.

IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR INSURANCE, I CANNOT INCLUDE IT WITH MY COSTS!!

When mailing payments to me, please be sure to include the Ebay Auction Number, and your Ebay user name.

As I am in my 12th year with eBay, I pay close attention to detail with items I sell, and with items I purchase. If I do not receive an item I have paid for, I will file a report with eBay and Paypal. As one of VERY FEW eBay Vero Plus Program Members, claims and reports filed with eBay and Paypal take a HIGH PRIORITY. Please do not take this comment lightly, as there have been several users removed from both sites due to violations of both user agreements from reports I have filed. In cases involving copyright and trademark violations, reports will also be filed with the Federal Trade Commission and the FBI as well as the original copyright/trademark owners.

REMEMBER: Committing mail fraud is a FEDERAL OFFENSE! If a Delivery Confirmation ticket has been assigned to an item, the U.S. Postal Service can track the item. If it has not been scanned, it has not been shipped.

Notifying buyers with tracking numbers/delivery confirmation numbers, and reporting these packages for delivery does not constitute actual shipment. An electronic notification to the USPS has no bearing on actual postmarked materials. Thank You.
