Shipping, Payment & Feedback Policies

Now for that necessary stuff. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING. If you have any questions, please e-mail in advance of the auction ending, (preferably at least 12 hours before to allow me time to get back to you).

ABOUT FEEDBACK: I will always leave feedback once the transaction has been completed. This means once you have received your item and you have notified me BY E-MAIL that all is well, or you have left feedback to that effect.

IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM AND THERE IS A PROBLEM OF ANY KIND, PLEASE E-MAIL ME FIRST BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK, SO THAT I MAY ATTEMPT TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION.

Please remember, by insuring your package, you will be protected against postal damage AND loss, so please consider postal insurance. I use USPS for mailing my items.

• 1. I ship by Priority Mail/First Class Mail unless otherwise stated in the auction.

  2. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package PLUS your zipcode.
  3. I always include Delivery Confirmation on the package. If you need the tracking number, please let me know.
   
  4. I ship on a weekly basis, but try to ship more often as time permits. Please allow up to 10 days for the receipt of your item.
   
  5. I will always send you an invoice for your item WITHIN 24 hours of the end of the auction, unless payment has already been received. Confirmation of payment receipt will be acknowledged.
   
  6. If you have won more than one item, I will combine shipping and send the items together as long as it is safe to do so, and the items have been won WITHIN A SEVEN DAY PERIOD.
   
  7. I welcome international bids. Items will be shipped by Air Mail. If you require another method, please contact me for costs.
