Has my order shipped?
If you have not received automated shipment
notification within 1-3 days after your payment was received and cleared,
please contact us via eBay " ask seller a question" link , normally located
in the top right corner of each auction.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
You can edit / cancel /add
and remove products before confirming your order. Please
note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped,
the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
Currently most of our batteries are shipped directly from
the factory in Hong Kong. The average delivery time to most
places in the world (including the United States) is 7-14
days. Please note that this is only an average estimate
though and in some cases it can take a little longer.

7 days from the following web site:

We know that for our US customers shipping
factory direct does take a little longer
then it might normally within the United
States. But if you don't mind waiting just a little longer for your battery, the
advantages are that you get some of the best
prices around, access to a huge selection of
batteries that are almost always in stock,
and batteries that are very fresh (haven't
been in storage for a long time, which can
be important).

Do you supply installation
instructions ?
No, but many battery
installation / replacement instructions are available on-line by searching
web sites like Google, Yahoo, Msn etc. We do recommend to search Google.com
to get the most results. Example searches: If your current device is
"Garmin" and Model number is "c330" then try queries like " Install Garmin
c330 Battery " or " Replace Garmin C330 Battery Video ".
Can you ship to an
alternative address ?
Yes, in order
for us to ship to an alternative address ( other
then registered with eBay or Paypal) you must
specify that address while using eBay checkout
system. Please be advised we wont be able to
change the address after checkout was completed.
Does MegaCapacity charge any sales tax?
Ans: No, we do not charge our
customers any sales tax unless you reside in New York State.
What will be the shipping and handling charges for regular
delivery?
Ans: Our shipping and Handling charges
are fixed. 1st item 6.75$ and each additional item 4.75$. Estimated
delivery time 7-14 days.
What will be the shipping and handling charges for expedited
delivery?
Ans: We currently do not provide expedited
delivery option. Estimated delivery time 7-14 days.
What is your refund
policy?
Ans: To ensure customer satisfaction,
if you are not completely satisfied with our products, within 30
days from your purchase date, we will refund and/or exchange your
purchases. All you have to do is to contact our customer support representative
via eBay " ask seller a question" link , normally
located in the top right corner of each auction. We
will reply to all customer inquiries within 1-2 business days excluding
Weekends and legal US Holidays.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returning products
must remain intact with original packaging. Original invoice must be
included in the return package.

What is
your warranty for the products?
Ans:
MegaCapacity warrant to
the end-user customer that our products will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship for 30 Days after the date of purchase by
the customer, also the Manufacturer provides One Year Limited
Warranty. Please visit the manufacturer site of the product for more
details.

Technical Questions About
Batteries
Can
rechargeable batteries really manage 1000 times?
Yes. But mostly only under laboratory conditions that often cannot be achieved under normal conditions.
In what charging state are rechargeable
batteries supplied?
Rechargeable batteries are in principle charged
during production to be able to check if they
are functioning properly. The battery loses its
charge, depending on how much time elapses from
the production of a cell until it is sold at the
shop. The rechargeable battery must be charged
before it is used for the first time for at
least 12 Hours before use ( Lithium, Polymer,
NiCD, NiMH )
Should I take the batteries out of the
device if not used for a longer period?
Yes.
There can still be a small current flowing in
devices that have been switched off , and this
can cause a deep discharge over a longer period
of time that damages the battery and, in extreme
cases, destroys it.
How should a rechargeable battery be
stored?
The recommended temperature range for long-term
storage is between +10°C and +30°C at a relative
humidity of 50%. A normal refrigerator at +8°C
can be used for extended periods of storage,
since that minimizes the degree of
self-discharge.
