About Us: Hi, I'm Melanie (Mel for short). We are located in middle Georgia and are a family owned business. We promise to make your experience buying from us as pleasant as possible. We treat our customers the way we would like to be treated as a customer. We believe that good communication is the key to successful transaction. Therefore, we always email our customers to confirm your payment was received and give you the shipping method and date. If shipping by UPS we will have UPS email you the tracking number. If you do not hear from us after 24 hours of making payment, please email us to let us know payment was made as your automatic payment email may be lost in cyberspace.

Payment Methods We Accept: PayPal, personal checks (item not shipped until your check clears), money orders, Visa or MasterCard (US only for credit cards). Payments must be made within 10 days of auction close.

International Bidders: We typically do not ship outside of the USA. However, you are welcome to email us to see if we will make an exception for you. Please do not bid unless you have been given our permission or you will be considered an unwelcome bidder. We may grant permission to bid, but we want to clarify the shipping and handling charges to your country and be sure that you understand our terms. If we agree to let an International Bidder bid, payment must be made by a US Money Order. (Sorry, but we have a block on our PayPal account from International Accounts as the address is considered unconfirmed!) Please note: Insurance is not available to most countries outside of the USA although we pack extremely well, the item will be shipped at the International bidders risk of loss or damage. International bidders are responsible for all customs fees and taxes if any do occur. Thanks!

Shipping Information: Funds must be received before items can ship. We normally ship packages out everyday (except Sundays). We quote US S&H prices in all our auctions. You know the S&H price upfront and know there are no hidden extra fees to pay and you don't have to email us to ask how much S&H is. We will be happy to combine shipments, if you make one single payment for all items won. We will send you an email with combined shipping costs. S&H is non-negotiable. S&H includes shipping supplies (such as boxes, bubble mailers, tissue paper, bubble wrap etc..). We estimate a S&H cost for each item. Please know that it is impossible for us to determine the exact shipping cost prior to an auction end. For example, it is cheaper for us to mail a package to Alabama than to California. So we want you to know that our S&H charge may not be the exact postage. Sometimes we will be under on our estimate and sometimes we will be over. We make every effort to keep our S&H prices at a reasonable amount. We will never charge more than the amount shown on the auction page. Thank You for understanding! We reserve the right to choose which mailing service we use, but will accommodate your wishes if we can. We send most of our items out by USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Some lighter weight items are sent by First Class Mail. We also use UPS ground for large or heavy items. Typically, you can expect to receive your package within 2-7 days, but it ultimately depends on the time and day of your payment and on the service of UPS, or USPS and whether we used First Class, Parcel Post or Priority Mail Service. Parcel Post to the West coast can take 2 to 3 weeks. Please email us with any questions.

Feedback and Return Policy: Please view our feedback and bid with confidence! Although we state All Sales Final, as this is an auction format and we list most of our items for sale at below retail costs and can not absorb costs. We try to ensure your satisfaction by only selling quality items and looking over each item carefully and we make every effort to disclose any and all flaws an item may have in our item description, so please be sure to read the description before bidding. We will make exceptions to this refund policy if we grossly misrepresented the item, or there is a serious issue with the item. We will give you a full refund, excluding shipping. In order to avoid any disappointment, We ask that you not make any assumptions about an item for auction. Please ask all questions prior to bidding. All measurements are given as an approximate size only. Colors of items are noted as our own personal perceptions and may appear differently on your monitor. All refunds or returns will be made at our discretion. We will be more than happy to work with you to resolve any issues. We really want our customers to be happy and we strongly encourage them to email us with any concerns prior to leaving feedback in order to be fair to us and give us a chance to address any concerns since feedback signals the end of the transaction. Basically we treat people fairly and expect to be treated fairly as well.
